A place so dark, ruined, rural, and deadly. The Triple E-ments may have been around longer than all of the mafia gangs. This meant more experience. But it's the work and experience that will form the outcome and everyone will do their best to end it here and now.
Over time, technology will advance, meaning that invading the building will be an obstacle itself. Everyone hid inside a large abandoned building just in front of Triple E-ments' base. Such poor security than they had expected, nonetheless they're never going to let their guards down.
{Now... according to the information we've gathered and orders from the leaders, we're targeting M.} Yeosang reminded the team. {M is an instructor as well as an inventor, it shouldn't be a problem to search for the laboratory of inventions.}
Hansol rounded one of the corners of the outside of the ruined building. The team was in the back, eliminating ten Mnets who guarded in the back. It wasn't a problem, being fast on their feet and swiftly slitting throats. They cannot bear to track more attention to their location.
"Which floor?" His brows furrowed, looking up at the rusted, old staircase. How the hell will they make it up there? The building was extremely tall, vines growing on it but kept in place. Will they make it on time with Renjun's calculations?
{If you follow it well enough, it shouldn't be a problem.} The Chinese male spoke into the mic.
"We'll see." Minho shrugged, slipping his knife back into his pocket.
"Let's get going then?" Mingi tested the first set of stairs, the sound of screeching and the metal rubbing against each other wasn't the prettiest sound they had wanted to hear but would have to cope with it for the time being.
{The...} Yeosang paused, the tone of disappointment laced with his voice. {Tenth floor.}
Doyoung, Mingi, Jongho, and Heeseung groaned in response. The building assumingly had about twenty floors. They're just hoping that other members had made it to their designated floors, being the last team to depart.
"Let's do this." The oldest of the team guided them. Everyone noticed his strained voice and trembling hands that gripped tightly on the rails of the staircases as they continued their way up. Only the sounds of breathing and screaming metal were heard. Surely, they could've attracted many Mnets in the building if heard, but Renjun had ensured that no one could hear from the inside.
Mingi, who trailed right behind the shorter male, placed a hand on his shoulder, coming to a stop. Doyoung raised a hand, gesturing forwards; an order for Minho to guide the rest along. After a few minutes of hesitation, the rest left the two alone.
"There's something you're holding back. We can't afford to have anyone fear anything." Doyoung slightly turned his head to the left, heaving out a sigh. "There is nothing to fret about."
"This is the hardest mission." The advisor kept his gaze away from the taller. He decided that the conversation was useless if they weren't going anywhere, the mission is first after all. The next words from the younger made him stop in his tracks, hands gripping the rails tightly.
"You're scared who's going to die, aren't you." It came out more as a statement than a question that irritated the man.
"So what? They're my family, I can't imagine the pain that will come through in the future, which is why I'm going to do my best and endure all of this."
"I too, am scared. It's a common emotion. Every gang is a family. We have each other as comrades, aiding help." The younger egged on.
"And what do you know of this pain?" The loss of others had affected them greatly, but they won't let these emotions get to them if they die now.
