there is a party for gaslight. it was caroline's idea aka siiickbrain. obviously i had to go since it's my song aswell lol. my outfit was honestly kinda fire.

anyway, we were having the party at caroline's apartment. i don't even know who's coming. well brandon but that's all. i swear if gbc show up i'll literally die. i haven't really talked to gus after the whole one night stand. we have nothing to talk about anyway. he's the one who fucked it up.
i walked into caroline's apartment. it was so full. damn i didn't know she knew this many people. brandon was beside me. "ima go find caroline" i said over the music. brandon nodded his head. after looking around i finally found her. "caroline" i said. she wrapped her arms around me. "look who's behind you" she said pulling away. i turned around. some of gbc sitting on the couch. "how did they-" i turned around. caroline was gone. gus made strong eye contact. i looked down at the floor. i need to find brandon. i walked away.
i wasn't paying attention to where i was walking. gus just appeared right infront of me. "fuck" i said looking up at him. "congrats boo, the song is fire" gus said. "thanks" i said giving him a small smile. "why are you here" i said. "cause i wanted to celebrate with you" gus said. i slowly nodded my head. "well ima go, i needa find someone, talk to you later" i said. gus came closer to me and wrapped his arms around my waist. "i can't stop thinking about u" he whispered into my ear. he pulled away. i looked at him. he smirked and walked away. what the fuck just happened. he did look really fucking hot tonight.
i finally found brandon. "brandon so much just happened" i said. i wasn't gonna tell him about the encounter with me and gus. "like what" he said sipping his water. "so many people and caroline just disappeared on me" i said. brandon laughed. "you want me to get you a drink?" i nodded my head.
i was waiting for brandon to come back with my drink. that's when the intro to GASLIGHT came on. everyone got louder. "scarlett come on its your song" someone said to me. i smiled at them. no way i'm singing it. caroline grabbed my hand and brought me the middle of the party. i hated this. everyone was staring at us. i hate the attention. i scanned the room. gus was staring at me. this was too much. i pushed through everyone and went outside.
the song was now faint, i could barely hear it. i needed to calm down. i'm such a pussy. the apartment door opened. someone walked out. gus. "boo what's up" he said walking over to me. "nothing, i just hate the attention on me" i said. gus wrapped his arms around me. i still kinda hated him right now, but i really needed a hug. i wrapped my arms around his waist. gus held me for a few minutes. "you good now?" gus said pulling away. "yeah thanks" i said. "come on go back in there" gus said. "gus i don't kn-" he cut me off. he loves doing that. he smashed his lips against mine. i pulled away. "what was that for" i asked. "i don't know, i just wanted to kiss you" he said opening the apartment door.
literally so much was happening. i just wanted to get in bed and eat food. when caroline said she was having a party i didn't know she meant this many people. "where did you go? i was looking for you" brandon asked. "sorry, i had to get some air" i said. "here" brandon said handing me a red solo cup. "what is it" i asked. "mixed it with random liquor" brandon replied.
i was now in the bathroom. i was literally sitting on the bathroom floor. yeah i know it's really sad. i hear a knock on the door. ugh. i get up and opened it. it was gus. he walked in and shut the door behind him. "what are you doing, wait how did you know i was here" i said. "i saw you walk in here" gus said. "stalker" i said. i sat back down on the floor. gus sat beside me. "this is really sad" gus said. "yeah i know i've been sitting here for the last 15 minutes" i said. gus leaned his head on mine. "i didn't mean hurt you" gus said. i stayed quiet. "i hope you know that, i fucked up and i'm stupid because of some hoe that was fucking around with me and my feelings and i know your got gonna accept my apo-" i cut him off. "gus i know" i said. he looked at me and smiled. he leaned in and sweetly kissed my lips.
later that night.
it was now 2am. everyone started to leave thank god. i wanted to just chill out with my friends and listen to music. everyone got a uber back to maggie and nates. i didn't. brandon drove me home since he wasn't drinking alcohol.
i flopped my body onto my bed. finally i can relax. there was a knock on my apartment. i groaned and stood up. who is knocking at my door at nearly 3am. i looked through the peep hole. it was gus. i opened the door. "gus i'm tired" i said. "shhhh" he said connecting our lips together.
me and gus just fucked. i was so drained. gus stood up to use the bathroom. "oh" i said. "what?" gus asked. "your back is kinda scratched up" i said. gus laughed. "it's good boo."
