Part 9 || dare

A/N's POV

Jay: "who hurt you?" He pushed opened the door and faced the two girls sitting on the floor

Y/N: "what are you doing here?" Y/n questioned the boy subtly pushing the box under the bed for him not to see

Jay: "I just asked, who hurt you?"

Mina: "no one! Get out!" Mina pushed him out the door locking it.

What are they hiding? He walked off going back to his room.

Y/N: "thanks Mina"

<time skip; University>

As y/n and Mina were about to enter their first lecture, y/n caught Jay in the side of her eye. They both caught each other's attention giving a small smile to one another. This made both of them have a warm feeling and a sense of happiness

Sunghoon: "did you just- did you smile at y/n?!"

Jay snapped out of his trance and faced all of them

Jay: "wh- no- I didn't- ye- wai- *sigh* fine yeah"

Sunoo: "are we missing something here?" Jay couldn't escape this situation, he knew he had to tell them

Jay: "truth is y/n and I have grown closer to each other ever since we started living together"

Heeseung: "really?!" The boy nodded

Jay: "I don't know, she's- she's- there's something about her that makes me just wanna..." he couldn't find the right words. He wanted to say he wanted to take care of her and she made him soft but he didn't wanna admit that in front of his friends

Jungwon: "wanna love her?" He playfully smirked at him making Jay hit his arm. The boys chuckled and headed to their lecture. Although Jay didn't deny it 😏

<time skip; 3 weeks at home>

Y/N: "no, Jay! It said 1 tsp of salt not 1tbsp! That's too much!" The girl chuckled at the boy

They've gotten closer as they spent more time together.

Jay: "oops! Sorry" he chuckled as well and continued measuring ingredients. Y/n started measuring the flour but ended up spilling it on the counter making a mountain of flour

Y/N: "this is why we should've stuck to cooking"

Jay: "oh c'mon, we always cook it's nice to try something new" Jay started dabbing off the flour from y/n and she had a mischievous idea in mind. She grabbed a fist full of flour and threw it at him making his hair turn white "y/n!" She chuckled. The boy grabbed some flour and threw it at the girl. They started having a flour fight until both of them ended up having white powder all over them

As the girl laughed while throwing flour at the boy. He looked at her smiling I think I'm starting to like you the second he thought of this his heart started pounding a lot faster

Jay: "ok ok we should clean this up and I'll cook you your favorite ok?" The girl laughed and nodded

They cleaned the kitchen up disregarding the idea of even trying to bake. Once they've finished cleaning y/n sat down on the couch as she watched Jay cook her favorite meal. I think I'm starting to fall for you Park Jay she thought as she watched him cooking. She sighed smiling to herself. Maybe you are different, I think you'll treat me better than he did her heart beat went fast as she held onto her chest. She gulped and looked away.

Jay: "y/n! Foods ready!" She stood up putting down her phone and happily sat down in front of the boy amazed by the food
