The Monastery

Running through the customs house, Nate and Ella finally reached the dock, the boat was still there, however, so were Eddy's mercenaries, they were loading up the boat, which gave both Nate and Ella time to duck into cover and observe.

"Hey", Elena whispered, appearing out of nowhere, beside the two, making them jump

"How did you get here", Nate asked

"You guys really need to see this", Elena stated, holding out her camera

"Now is really not the best time", Nate stated as well, right before Nate could walk out of hiding, but Elena pulled him back into cover.

"What is it", Ella asked as Nate took the camera and played the footage, the footage showing a helicopter; Navarro was onboard, the camera zoomed out revealing Roman and another walking beside him.

"Aaand... hello", Elena said, pausing the footage, the man who was walking beside Roman turned his head, revealing Sully entering the helicopter; both Nate's and Ella's eyes widened in shock, "he's alive",

"I don't know, guys, I mean, how much do you trust this guy, it's not like they're holding him at gunpoint", Elena asked

"I know, yeah it seems weird", Nate stated, handing the camera back to Elena, he then turned to look at the boat, only for it to drive off.

"Sully's a lot of things, but he's no backstabber", Ella stated which Nate agreed, as the three stood up and Nate pulled out the map

"Which way were they headed", Nate asked

"Uh... north-ish, yeah, towards the mountains", Elena said

"Only place there's the monastery", Ella stated

"That's probably where they're taking him, let's go", Nate said, putting the map away and walking away from the docks

"What if it turns out he's working with them", Elena asked

"We either rescue him or we beat the crap out of him, hell, I might just beat the crap out of him anyway", Nate stated

"Well, we won't know for sure until we reach the monastery", Ella said as the two nodded their heads and began moving forward, Elena recording everything around; not long after, the three reached a rope bridge

"How does something like this happen", Elena asked

"See those scorch marks", Nate asked as Elena pointed her camera towards the ropes

"Uh-huh", Elena said

"Somebody packed this place with enough gunpowder to blow it wide open", Nate stated

"Guys, careful, some of these boards aren't sturdy", Ella stated as the three kept walking, Elena, unfortunately, stepped on a weak board and fell through; Ella quickly grabbed Elena before she could plummet down, as Nate held onto Ella to keep her on the bridge

"Elena, give me your other hand, I can't pull you up", Ella said, attempting to pull Elena up to safety, but her hand slowly slipping out of her grasp

"You've got to let it go", Nate shouted

"Damn it", Elena shouted, letting go of her camera and grabbing Ella's hand, there, both were able to pull Elena up to safety

"You alright", Ella asked as Elena nodded her head, the two continued moving, leaving the customs house and reaching another jet ski,

"Monastery's just up the river", Nate stated as the three got on and Nate began driving upriver, where it took awhile due to the currents and small waterfalls, but eventually reaching a dock.
