you huffed after looking at the mirror so many  times, never being satisfied with the way you look. constantly nitpicking the imperfections you have even tho everyone has imperfections.

you constantly ask yourself how someone as attractive and amazing as Tom could like someone as ugly and awful like you. (a/n: i don't mean this btw, it's just for the story. you're beautiful just the way you are <3)

"darling?" your boyfriend called out from outside of your room.

speak of the foolishly handsome devil. you rolled your eyes and opened the door.

"why was the door locked?" he asked.

"it's nothing Tom" you replied.

"don't lie to me lovely, you know i hate it." he said sternly.

you sighed and told him what was bothering you. "i don't even know why you would go for someone like me, i'm not even that-" you were cut off with a firm kiss on your lips.

"don't you dare allow those ugly words to come out of that pretty mouth. you're the most beautiful girl i've ever laid my eyes on. but your beauty is not the main reason i fell for you. i love how competitive you are, how kind and sensitive you are, i like how you stand up for yourself or for anyone who's been wronged. what i'm trying to saying my love, fell for you because i love you just the way you are. don't forget that" he said, making you blush. (a/n: i decided to add the beautiful part bc of the comments 😁)

"cmon, i'm taking you out to get those nasty thoughts out of your head" he said dragging you out of your dorm, straight to Hogsmeade. he always knew how to cheer you up, even before you were dating .

the next day, you walked into your dorm, tired from classes when you saw Tom on your bed.

"Tommy?" you smiled and sat down next to him.

"what are you doing here?" you asked, kissing his cheek.

"i'm just here to make you change your mind about yourself" he explained. what he said made you raise an eyebrow.

"oh yeah, and what if you don't" you challenged, sure he wouldn't be able to change your mind.

"then i'll give you as many kisses as you want" he smiled.

"but if i do, i get as many kisses as i want" he said.

"deal" you accepted.

he suddenly took out a ukulele and it started playing by itself. from where? you don't know, you also rather not question it. he then stared singing.

he then stands up and pulls you up with him. he then places your hand on his shoulder, his hand on your waist and your both your free hands intertwined together so you could slow dance.

he sang, looking into your eyes with nothing but love and appreciation for your entire being. you could feel your cheeks heating up.

after singing that line, he stole a kiss a from you, making you laugh.

he lifts up your chin and whispers "but i think it's so sexy." you were as red as a tomato at this point.

he pulls you in closer and you rest your head on his chest .

at this point your cheeks were stained with a few tears. you then looked up at Tom. he saw your tear stained cheeks and and kissed away the tears.

"did that cheer you up my love ?" he smiled, tucking a strand of hair behind your ear. you grinned and kissed him lovingly .

"of course that did! i'm even crying tears of joy! i love you so much darling. you deserve all the kisses in the world" and with that, you started pestering his face in kisses.

for the whole of that night, you two stayed in your dorm. you were still pestering his face in kisses, while he was enjoying every second of it until eventually you two fell asleep, in each other's warm, loving, embrace.
