where is she ? i thought to myself . we were supposed to study together but she's 30 minutes late ! she's never late .

i was walking down the corridor when i heard a commotion down at the courtyard . i huffed . as a prefect i needed to take care of this .

i walked out to see Y/n fighting some random girl and she was winning . it was lie to say that i wasn't proud but unfortunately i had to break it up as a prefect .

"alright , enough !" my voice boomed .

both girls- no everyone there whipped their heads at my direction . everyone looked at me , fear etched across their face while Y/n gives me a sheepish smile .

i mentally roll my eyes and inwardly smirk .

"who started it ?" i asked , knowing damn well Y/n didn't . she doesn't like attention ( from anyone other than me ) let alone fighting someone in public . she thinks it's embarrassing , ( a/n : fr tho 😩 ) yet here she is . ( a/n : boy stfu 😐 )

"Y/n-" the girl who was fighting Y/n spoke but i shushed her .

"MY Y/n would never pick a bone with someone unless they wronged her first . she hates attention let alone fighting in public . now , what did you say to her ? surely you said something that provoked her into attacking you ?" i said calmly .

"this bitch said she was SO much better than me and could easily take you away from me . what did she expect me to do ? run to you crying ? fuck no ! she had to pay" Y/n growled making everyone , excluding me , tremble .

she stepped up to the girl making her tremble . "tell me Rebecca , ( a/n : i made up the name ) if you're so great , why is Tom still with me and not you ?" she asked .

Rebecca didn't say anything and Y/n smirked . "that's right you cocky shit because you're not as great as you say you are and Tom is in love with ME not you" she spat venomously .

after they nodded everyone else scrambled away and i dragged Y/n to my dorm .

when we were finally alone , i looked over at Y/n and she was playing with her fingers .
