Part 5: The Hospital

Parker?!?!

" Hello ( Y/N) it's so nice to see you!" It saw May Parker. I haven't seen her in a long time. I missed her. After Peter stopped being friends with me I decided not to visit May because it would be weird to see Peter after we stopped being friends.

" OMG hi, May I be glad to see you too!" I said walking up to her and giving her a small hug because she was on the hospital bed.

" How have you been I haven't seen you in like a year. I know you and Peter aren't on good terms but you do know you can visit right?" May said kind of sad.

" I've been good and I'll try to visit more often. If you don't mind me asking why are you here?" I asked in concern.

" Well the doctors said I got dehydrated so I'm I guess hydrating right now but they wanted to do some test on me because they think I may have Cancer". I was shocked when she said that. Ever since I have met May she has been a very healthy person and such a nice woman. I don't know why this could happen to her.

" omg May I'm so sorry"

" it's alright dear. Let's just be positive. Anyways enough about me, what have you been up to?" May asked changing the topic of the conversation.

" Well umm, nothing new or exciting has happened to me since the last time you saw me. Uuh during the summer I went to visit my grandmother in LA and I played soccer there. I'm planning on trying out for the school's team" I said

" wow that great honey"

" Yeah I'm just volunteering here at the hospital keeping people company"

" wow well, I'm glad you're here so do you have a boyfriend?" I blushed a little after she said that.

" umm no ha I don't. I'm focusing more on my education than boys plus there aren't many guys out there that I know who are my type"

" I see. Well, I know Peter has a girlfriend. I met her a few times but I don't like her. She acts kind of fake but whatever. You know ever since he got that girlfriend of his he has been a different person. He started to bully kids and get into fights, I just hope he doesn't do something too horrible that can scar him for life. Why exactly did you guys stop being friends?" I didn't want her to worry more about Peter and her being sick so I didn't say why.

" umm it's a long story but uh I have to leave May it was so nice seeing you today I'm going to come back tomorrow I hope to see you then," I said grabbing my stuff and getting ready to leave.

" Well ok honey I'm glad you came we can talk tomorrow "

" I'm May one more thing. Does Peter come to visit you?"

" Well he uses to visit me almost every day but then he made up an excuse because Liz wants him to hang out with her. Now he visits maybe once a week l. I'm just worried that he will get into trouble because he lives in the apartment alone now".

" oh ok well I'll see you tomorrow May," I say opening the door to get out.

" Wait! Can you drop this off at the apartment and get me some clothes in a duffel bag because I'm kinda tired of these clothes" I nodded she handed me her keys and a stuffed animal which she wanted me to drop off.

" ok, May I'll see you tomorrow and bring you some clothes," I say waving goodbye and closing the door. I didn't want to go back to the apartment because Peter probably be there and I don't want to go near. I walked to her apartment which isn't that far from the hospital. I remember where they live because I use to go there almost every day but things change. I went into the apartment and luckily no one was there I opened the duffle bag and grabbed clothes from her room. I put her teddy bear on her bed and I headed towards the door to leave the apartment. Suddenly I heard keys trying to get open the door. I froze because I knew who it was. He opened the door and looked at me.

Peter POV

After school, I headed out. I didn't get to talk to Liz today. She has been so distant recently which is weird because she always wants attention. I brushed it off and went into an alley and changed into my Spider-Man suit. I loved being Spider-Man but something was bothering me today. Oh I know it's maybe the fact that I have more than half of my classes with ( Y/N) and I am partners with her in chem. I never wanted to stop being friends with her or Ned or MJ. It's just if I didn't do that I would be popular. I miss them so much but I know they can never take me back. In chemistry, I kept looking at (Y/N) because she looked so beautiful. Her (E/C) eyes shined so brightly and I noticed how her (H/C) hair was in a nice ponytail. Wow, she looked amazing I just wish I can talk to her. She kept ignoring me for the rest of the class. I don't blame her. What I did was terrible. I know have changed a lot. I bully people and get into fights. Gosh, I don't know what is wrong with me I have been such a horrible person. I can't believe I do all this to be popular. I ignore the fact that I'm a horrible person and go out like a spiderman and fight crime.

So I didn't do much but I helped a lady cross the street. Saved a guy getting hit by a frizz bee and yeah that's it pretty much. It was getting pretty late so I decided to go home. I know I should visit my aunt May more often but I don't like to see her like this. It just reminds me of my parents. When I got to the building of my apartment I get kind of sad because I was going to be lonely. Went I got to the door of my apartment my spidey senses started acting up. I had my web-shooters ready to get the person inside of my apartment I got my keys and opened the door. Went I had a clear view of my apartment I see a person kind of frozen there. I turned in the light and I see her. What why is she here?

" (Y/N)?!?!"
