" You have Cancer" says the doctor

I could feel May squeeze my hand. I could believe it May had Cancer . May was like another mother to me. But I have to stay strong for right now.

" We have to start chemo as soon as possible and there are other things we have to discuss but we can talk about that later". He left and I sat with May.

" How are you feeling?" I ask

" well not that well but we have to stay positive you know. Let's not think about it right now" she said wiping a few tears away.

" hey I'm here for you ok. I'll try to come everyday after school to see you ok? I'll help you through this" I said hugging her. We talked for a little bit more but then I had to leave.

I was on my way home but I decided to go to Delimars. On my way there I listened to music. It was kind of dark so I couldn't see much. When I was almost there , there was lights coming from a bank across the street. I took off my earbuds and walked closer to see what it was. I saw spider man and he was fighting some robbers. I called 911 and told them to come so they can get these guys. Suddenly this like laser thing shot across the street to Delimars. There was a huge explosion. I ran in to find Mr. Delimar because I know he works late . I cover my mounted with my sweater so I don't inhale the smoke.

" Mr. Delimar are you there"!!

" Over * cough * here" he said I was walking toward him but a chunk of wood was about to fall in him I had to run. I ran towards him and tackled him to the other side so he won't get crushed by the would but now we were behind it and we have no way out.

Peter's POV

I was just about to finish my patrol when I saw some guys in the bank. I swung over to see what they were up to.

" Hey guys. Wait the avengers I thought u guy were the good guys?" I said sarcastically.

They started to fight me. I wasn't that scared since this has happened before so yeah. I got punched a couple times and kicked too but I was fine. Then they suddenly took out this weird glowing gun. At the moment I knew I was screwed . That thing blasted this very powerful laser. They were trying to hit me with it but I did a couple flips to avoid it. Then it started to malfunction and shot across the street. I hoped no one was there but to be sure I walked out to only see Delimars shop o fire. I ran towards the building and the weird thing is a saw a girl run in there too. I tried to stop her but she was to fast. I ran in and saw the girl there shouting. I hurried to get next to her but then she tackled Mr. Delimar because a piece of wood fell.

" Hey! Can you guys hear me! " I shouted

" Over here " I heard Mr. Delimar shout

" ok I'm going to lift up this piece of wood and you guys run out got it!"

" yeah " I heard someone shout

I lifted the pice of wood and they ran out. The girl who u couldn't really see that well looked hesitant going out. I was about to leave but she came back.

" I need to get my car!" She screamed I looked closer at her and I couldn't believe it was her. Y/N !

" I'll um get that for you" I said but she didn't leave she went back into the fire and got the cat. I couldn't hold the pice of wood any more. She came running out.

" come let's get out of here" she said

" No you go it won't hold" I said struggling to hold it.

She didn't say anything but left . Suddenly she ran back to me and tacklers me out of the way to get out. We both were out safe.

" Are you ok" I asked

" Yeah ..... OMG Mr. Delimar!" She screamed running towards him. They hugged with the cat of course.

" Thanks (Y/N) so much and thank you Spider man !" I nodded.

I waited with them while the paramedics came.

" Hey um (y/n) thanks for for the uh tackle" I chuckled

Yeah well you saved us as well so now we are even" she smiled and coughed a little. Gosh I missed her smile. I really wish I never dated Liz. Honestly after I started dating her I saw her true colors and she was never really supported with my decisions and stuff. I stopped liking her after a little while when I started dating her. I honestly only dated her because I didn't have anymore friends.

" Spider man helllllloooooo are you ok!" She snapped me out of my gaze. Was I really staring at her that long?

" um yeah sorry I just zoomed out hehe" I said nervously . She just nodded

" Well ima head home because it's a school night and my dad well he um well he won't care but I need to get home. Thanks again Spider-Man bye Mr. Delimar I hope u get home safe."

" um well maybe I could get you home" I said

" No offense Spider-Man but I can't just tell a stranger where I live" she said and gave a good point. I decided to just follow her home because I new where she lived.

While she walked how she limped a little. I didn't want her to know I was following her so I didn't help her. I ended up seeing her go inside her apartment and she was now talking to her dad.

" Where have you been!" The dad said I anger

" I was volunteering and I came home" she said

" well you better not take that long tomorrow because you need to do stuff here too!" He said and went to his room. I watched the whole scene from the window and she started to cry a little and went to her room. She was crying and I just wanted to comfort her. I was stupid enough to knock on her window.

She turned and looked alarmed.

" what are you doing here? Did you follow me home?! " she said

" yeah but just to see if you were safe and um if you don't mind me asking are you ok?

" yeah look I know your a hero and what not but it's kind of creepy to follow teenage girl home " she was right it is creepy.

" Sorry I just wanted to make sure you were safe. " out of no where I asked a random question. " Do you like Star Wars?"

" umm yeah why"

" it's just you have a poster in your room about it"

" she seemed kind of thrilled that I brought up Star Wars.

" Favorite movie go" We talked for about a hour and how I missed talking to her. While it was getting late we said our goodbyes and left. Now I have a way to communicate with her and this night won't be the last I see of her.
