The message said to Apparate to Hogsmeade so that's what you all did. You went in three pairs of two. Fleur and Bill, Luna and Dean, and then you and Remus. There were people patrolling Hogsmeade but you all quickly stunned them. You went into the Hog's Head to meet a very scruffy looking man coming down the stairs.
"We're here to help Harry Potter. Neville said we could come to you to get in," Bill said.
He huffed and motioned for everyone to follow him to the second story.. There were already people upstairs. Fred, George, Ginny, Cho, and Lee Jordan all seemed to be awaiting the bartender. You were absolutely delighted to be seeing everyone again.
"Y/N!" Fred and George said in unison.
"Didn't expect you lot to be here too," Fred said.
"I knew they would," Ginny stated. There was a short round of hugs from the three Weasleys before Aberforth, as you heard him called, spoke up.
"Humph, well go through that portrait. Ariana will show you the way," he said, and looked at the girl in the portrait. She nodded her head and ushered everyone through. After everyone had made it into the narrow passageway, Ariana began to lead the eleven of you through staircases and halls to a door. Bill was at the front and he stepped out first. Everyone else followed him into a room filled with the hangings and people.
As you all stepped in Seamus ran to Dean with such force he stumbled backwards. Seamus was not the only person in the room though. Neville, Harry, Hermione, Ron, and multiple others were there. Harry seemed absolutely bewildered, "What's everyone doing here?"
"I sent for them," Neville answered. He looked determined with his answer and he seemed ready for a fight. Harry sighed and shook his head. He didn't want to drag so many people into this.
"What's the plan Harry?" Fred asked.
"There isn't one! I didn't mean for everyone to come here!"
Neville and Harry squabbled back and forth about why he invited so many people. Ron was the one to stop all the bickering and reason with Harry. Harry wasn't exactly pleased but he wasn't putting up a fight anymore.
"Alright then. We're looking for something. Something that belonged to Ravenclaw. Has anyone heard of something like that?" Harry looked hopefully at the Ravenclaws but he was surprised to be answered by Luna who had sat in a chair next to Ginny.
"The lost diadem of Ravenclaw. I told you about it Harry. Daddy is making a replica of it."
"Yeah, but the lost diadem is lost Luna," Michael Corner retorted.
"Since when? How long has it been lost?" Harry asked.
"Centuries they say. Professor Flitwick said it disappeared with Ravenclaw. No one has ever found it." This answer came from Cho, who was looking to her fellow housemates to back her up and they all nodded. Ron asked what a diadem asked and Terry Boot explained it was a kind of crown that had magical powers. Harry was disappointed to hear that no one had seen it but Cho told him she could take him to their common room that had a statue of Rowena wearing it.
Cho moved to get up but Ginny told Luna that she could take Harry. You knew Ginny wasn't going to let Cho and Harry be alone together. She still liked him after all.
Luna and Harry went out of what was apparently the Room of Requirement through a tiny cupboard in the corner. With those two gone the room burst into excitement and nervousness. Everyone was talking to each other and catching up. The Weasleys had all huddled up to speak to one another and you and Remus were with them.
Fred and George explained how they had been selling orders through a room in Muriel's house and multiple pranks they had pulled on her. More people including Kingsley, Oliver Wood, Katie Bell, Angelina Johnson, Alicia Spinnet, and Mr. and Mrs. Weasley made their way into the Room of Requirement through the same door you had come.
Mrs. Weasley was absolutely delighted to see you all and took turns giving you, Remus, Bill, and Fleur hugs. The room returned to the chattery loudness as everyone greeted the newest arrivals.
Ginny had noticed Remus's arm around your waist and came to stand next to you. "You and Lupin huh? I should have known, he was always your favorite professor," she teased.
"It just... happened. We spent so much time together that we got close and things happened and I realized I love him and he loves me." You and Ginny both smiled at each other. Remus had picked up on the conversation too.
"Yes, I felt absolutely heartbroken when you were taken. Those few hours of uncertainty were excruciating. I think I realized at that time how I felt towards you." Remus smiled and pressed a kiss to your temple. Ginny giggled and three returned to the conversation everyone else was engaged in.
After several minutes of talking to the redhead family you and Remus parted with them and went towards the bottom of the staircase that led out into the hallway. Kingsley was also there, waiting for Harry and Luna's return. Lupin and Kingsley had just begun to talk when Harry appeared at the bottom of the stairs.
"Harry what happened?" Remus asked.
"Voldemort is coming, they're barricading the school, and Snape's run for it."
Fred and George had wandered over when Harry came in. "Okay well what's first Harry? What's going on?" Fred asked.
"They're evacuating the younger kids and everyone is meeting in the Great Hall to get organized. We're going to fight." Harry said.
Everyone began to run for the stairs and after a minute the only people left were you, Harry, Ginny, Remus, Mr. and Mrs. Weasley, Fred, George, Bill, and Fleur. Ginny was insisting that she stay and fight but her mum wasn't having it.
"You're underage!" Mrs. Weasley shouted. "The boys can go but not you! I won't allow it! Now you go back home!"
"I absolutely will not! I'm in Dumbledore's Army!"
"That is a teenagers gang!"
"Yeah, a teenager's gang that's about to take him on! No one else has dared to do it!" Fred interjected.
"She is sixteen! She is underage! I don't know what you two were thinking, bringing her with you!" Mrs. Weasley scolded.
Fred and George both hung their heads.
"Ginny, Mum is right. Everyone underage is leaving. You can't stay here," Bill said softly.
"I'm not going home! My family and friends are here! I'm not going to sit at home not knowing if-" Ginny had angry tears forming in her eyes as she shouted. She looked to Harry for help but he shook his head.
"Fine. I'll say goodbye and then-" she started but was interrupted by a loud thump!
To everyone's astonishment it was none other than Percy. He stumbled up, "Is it too late? Has it started? I just found out-" But he stopped seeing all the shocked faces. No one spoke for several awkward seconds.
Finally Percy shouted, "I was a fool!" He continued to roll out several insults about himself and Fred joined in too. Mrs. Weasley had burst into tears and wrapped Percy in a tight hug.
They all talked for a minute before Mrs. Weasley shouted at Ginny, who was trying to sneak up the stairs.
"How about this," Lupin suggested, "Ginny can stay in this room so she knows if anything happens but she won't be in the middle of the fighting?"
"Alright. Ginny you stay put! Don't leave this room!" Mrs. Weasley ordered.
Ginny agreed and sat down in a chair. You didn't hear the rest of the conversation as you, Remus, and Mr. and Mrs. Weasley all headed for the stairs. Mrs. Weasley had been stopped to answer a question of Harry's but you and Remus continued on to the Great Hall.
