CHAPTER 24

"Trouble" I groaned when he started kissing my neck to my collar bone.

How did we end up like this anyway?

"What brother?" He asked me "He's my brother. When he told me he liked me, that wasnt true. He did that to get my attention. I asked my dad about it-" Napatigil ako sa pagsasalita ng halikan nya ako.

It was so gentle that usual.

Naalimpungatan ako dahil sa sunod-sunod na katok. Nakita ko si Trouble na mahimbing na natutulog sa tabi ko, walang damit at halatang pagod na pagod. "Did we overdo it last night?"

Humikab ako at nag damit saka lumabas ng kwarto. "Sino yan?-"

"Ako bakit?" Bumungad sakin mabangis na mukha ni Claire. "Anong ginagawa mo dito?" Nagkapamewang nya akong tinignan. "Bakit mo ako iniwan kagabi ha?!"

Shit! Nakalimutan kong mag-kasama pala kami kahapon. Papasok na sana sya ng pinigilan ko sya. "Bakit?" Tanong nya sakin. I cleared my throat before answering.

"Go home. It's a bad time" Her forehead ridge. "Bad time for what?"

"Raf" Napapikit ako sa tawag ni Trouble. "Oh- okay" Ngumisi sya sakin and mouthed the word enjoy bago ako tinalikuran.

Sinara ko ang pinto at binalikan si Trouble sa kwarto. Kaagad nya akong sinalubong ng yakap.

I lifted him back to the bed. "What do you want for breakfast?" He stared at me. "What?" I asked confusedly.

"You cook?" Pinitik ko ang noo nya "Are you insulting me?" Taas kilay kong sabi. "No I wasn't" sunod-sunod ang pag tanggi nya kaya napa tawa lang ako.

"Stop being so cute, I might make love to you any minute now" Namula ang mukha nya at sinampal sa mukha ko ang unan "Stop being so shameless"

Tatawa-tawa ko syang tinignan habang pumupunta sa banyo. "I want chicken nuggets"

"Eye-eye captain"

"How did Philipp ended up as your brother?" Trouble asked while eating "My memory was blurry but he told me some stuffs" sumubo ako ng kanin bago mag salita ulit.

"I wasn't really born because of surrogacy. Nakita nila ako sa bahay ampunan. According to dad's statement, yung bahay ampunan na'yun ay nagmamaltrato ng mga bata at kasama ako dun. Due to some traumatic encounter, I forgot some of my memories at isa pa masyado pa akong bata noong mga panahong yun. Turns out, I met Philipp there. He was my protector back then. Kids used to bully me. When he said he likes me but doesn't want to court me that's what he means"

"Wait, he confessed to you?" Napatigil ako sa pag subo. "Bakit hindi ko alam?" Shit nadulas.

"Ah eh" Trouble glared at me "What?" Umirao sya at binaba ang kutsara saka tinutok sakin ang tinidor. "Why didn't you tell me this?"

"I love you" Tanging nasabi ko ng mahalata ko ang inis sa mukha nya. "That doesn't change the fact that you didn't tell me"

"Your the only one I love" Kumunot ang mukha nya ay namula ng kaunti. I was grinning deep inside.

"Let's do it once"

"Wait what?" Bago paman sya maka-palag ay walang hirap ko syang kinarga habang hinahalikan.

"Answer pages 56-70 for your assignments" Napahikab ako ng lumabas ang panghuling guro namin sa umaga "Humihikab kana ngayon?" Napatingin ako kay Keisler at Angie na ngayon ay matalim akong tinitignan.

"What's with that impression?" Is yawning a crime these days?

"Pre, ilang taon na kitang kilala pero ni isa sa mga taon na iyon ay hindi kita nakitang humikab sa klase. Are you sure you don't have any trouble sleeping?"

Well, I've been sleeping a little late lately. I also don't follow my practices anymore. I also eat my sunny side up eggs whether they're facing left upper or right upper.

"Oh san ka pupunta?" Biglang tanong ni Keisler. Anong klaseng tanong syan? "Syempre kakain. Lunch na eh"

"Ah" Hindi na ako nag paalam sakanilang dalawa. Imbes na pumunta sa canteen ay dumiretso ako sa lugar na malapit sa clinic.

Malayo palang ay kita ko na ang pigura ni Trouble na nakahiga sa damuhan. Napangiti ako at dali-daling lumapit sakanya.

He's eyes were closed as he feel the breeze of the wind. I tried to surprise him by giving him a kiss. He kissed me while still closing his eyes. I can feel him smile between our kisses.

"Landi" Nag angat ako ng tingin ng marinig ang boses ng isang babae pati narin ang tawanan ng mga lalaki. "What are you all doing here?" Inis kong sabi sakanila ni Claire, Keisler, Angie pati narin si Jake at Philipp.

"Bakit? Bawal nabang i enjoy ang ganitong scenery" Ngisi ni Keisler. "Can you do that again?" Napatingin ako kay Angie na namumula.

"I need to capture it" I smiled and looked at Trouble who is on a straight face as usual "Gladly"I smirked at lumapit kay Trouble ngunit tumayo sya. "I need to go" Agad syang umalis pero hindi nakatakas sakin ang pamumula nya kaya todo ang ngiti ko.

"Opps- shall we eat?" Ngumiti ako sakanila at kinuha ang bag namin ni Trouble. "I also need to go, you should eat para hindi naman kayo magutom" Ngumiti ako sakanila.

"Your weird" Ngumiti rin ako kay Philipp "Thanks you... brother" Kaagad nyang binatk sakin ang bag nya "What? You wanted me to remember you yesterday"

"Goddamn you! Umalis kana nga!" Iling-iling akong tumakbo at hinabol si Trouble. "Yung bag mo oy" Kinuha nya agad iyon.

"Where should we eat now?" He immediately smiled. I still wasn't used to his changes of expressions. But it was hot though.

"Stop whatever your thinking. It's daytime for petes sake" Napakamot nalang ako at hinawakan ang kamay. "We're still in school" Napatigil ako dahil dun.

"That's my line" Napaisip sya "Oh yeah" Tumawa sya at hinawakan ang kamay ko. Sabay kaming tumakbo papunta sa likod ng school. "Let's eat here" Ilalapag na sana nya ang bag nya pero pinigilan ko sya.

"I've got a better plan" Kinuha ko ang bag namin pareho at inihagis yun sa kabilang pader. "One cutting classes wont hurt right?"

Kumunot ang noo nya "Are you sure about this" Ngumiti lang ako at nag lahad ng kamay "Of course"

"If you say so, then let's go"

...

"What are we doing in the building?" Trouble asked. "I just want you to meet someone who also lives here" Sabay kaming pumunta sa elevator. I clicked the floor before rooftop which is tha 30th floor.

When we arrived there, the floor was quite empty. There's only a single door there. This must be grandmas home.

Kumatok ako pero wala ring sumagot. "That's odd? Where did she go?" Kumunot ang noo nya. "Who?"

"Nothing, let's just go to the rooftop and eat the lunches that you made" I pouted. I wanted to introduce her to Trouble.

We went to the rooftop and sat on the floor. "This one is good. What is this?"

"Sushi. Here eat this" Sinubuan nya ako. We heard the door open and when I looked at it theres the old lady I met in the elevator.

She has two bodyguards with her "Grandma!"
