When I got to school it was just like any other day this week, crazy. People still talking about Calum,and I and I was over it. Before 1st hour I pulled Calum aside,

"Can you please tell these idiots to stop talking about us- dating"

"Oh what's the big deal, I'm popular..your not being bothered"

"Uh, I'm very bothered"

"I don't care," Calum was such a pig

As soon as Calum left Michael appeared, almost magically, and looked worried.

"What's up" I asked

"You didn't tell Calum about" his eyes darted "Last night, did you"

"Why are you so scared of Calum, he's weak and a jerk"

"Watch it" he threatened "He's my best friend"

"You guys are opposites, though"

"Well if you tell him my only friend is gone"

"Hey. I'm your friend" I comforted Michael, why did no one like him? He was so nice.

Micheals pov (not many of these)

Panic. That's all I felt all day. What was thinking? Calum loved this girl and I walk in a stay the night with her, sure nothing happened but it was still bad. Calum can't find out, he'd murder me. I was so deep in thought that I didn't see Calum walk up to me,

"Hey dude" he greeted me at our regular lunch spot.. tables away from everyone.

"Hey" I said

"What's in your mind?" He asked

"Oh, I'm just tired"

"Stop staying up late listening to music and playing guitar"

"I wasn't"

"What were doing"

No. Could he see my nerves? I was dead inside. How could I lie, he was my best friend. Ok Michael,play it cool.

"Fine you caught me... I was playing guitar"

We are the rest of our lunch in silence. How was I doing this? He's my best friend!

When I read Michel's name I felt happier than before. Oh god. I can't have feelings for Michael. I couldn't, we were so different. I still can't get over him... what could I do I read his text,

"Don't tell Calum but... I think I might have feelings for you"
