Calums pov

I was hanging at Michaels house, like always when he got a text,

"Oh... who's it from" I asked

"No one" he nervously said hiding the screen

"Come on tell me" I acted like a child, bringing out puppy dog eyes.

"It's not a big deal"

With that I just waited and sure enough a half hour later Michael said,

"Gotta pee"

Great. Here's my chance. so I picked up Michael's phone and read

To: Mackenzie

"I have feelings for you"

What? That boy was in trouble, that was my girl since 2nd grade! He came out of the bathroom and I launched my fist at his face.

"What the hell" Michael screamed

"You can't have feelings for Mackenzie"

"It's my life"

"You know I love her"

"Look at the next text"

I looked at a text from Mack,

"I have feelings for you too"

No. How could she like Michael and not me?!? I loved her.

Minutes later I was running to Mackenzie's house and climbing her roof. Once I opened the window she questioned happily,

"Micheal?"

"No"

"Calum? Why are you here"

"Do you love Michael?"

"I don't know it's all so confusing"

"Well let me explain one thing to you,"
I began "your my girl"

"You can't chose who I belong with"

"Micheals not someone you can love, he's a horrible person and such a creep" I almost shouted

"Keep it down my parents could be home any second"

"I don't care" I said "I love you"

"Well I don't what to say"

I messed up. Again. Why did I always mess up like this. I wish I could just be a perfect lady's man like Michael.Then again he is strange and has a horrible attitude.

"Listen" Mack said quietly "I love Michael, and I don't know why."

"But I've loved you for forever" I fought back tears

"I'm sorry I don't feel the same"

I hate Michael. How could he, I loved her. But it was not my choice, it was hers and she just doesn't feel the same.
