Day 4 (3:58 p.m.)

Kiara's POV

I clapped my hands and jumped up and down with a giggle.

"And I win!" I placed a hand on my chest while winking at Aiden who was hanging from the noose.

I got lucky and tied the rope for the noose around a bent nail that stuck out of the ceiling. I even got to swing from it for little while. Just to make sure it was stable.

The best part was when I locked Aiden in that room and got to listen to his maniacal laughter and Eliza's traumatized screams from downstairs.

My main focus to get the murder over and done with was psychology. I tried to do things that would invade Eliza or Aiden's minds so that they would go insane and do the killing for me. It worked quite well for Aiden. The poor kid was already under so much pressure was was already broken. All he needed was the temptation. Eliza was a little tougher to crack. I think that what I pulled for her would have made even me break. Not that I'm not already insane.

I wanted the thought process going through their heads to be "the only way to get out of this nightmare is to die or kill". Twisted, isn't it?

"Boss is going to be so pleased!" I clasped my hands together.

My smile instantly disappeared when I realized I had to take Eliza to Boss.

I hefted her up over my shoulder and started walking into the library.

"Jeez this girl needs to lose weight." I mumbled, even though I knew she was only this heavy because she was limp.

I groaned as I started to climb up the shelf. "I'm hungry!"

I flopped Eliza onto the top of the bookshelf and pushed myself up to sit beside her.

I crawled to the end of the shelf, my back occasionally brushing the ceiling. I opened the trap door that opened to the inside of the bookshelf, which is actually a narrow hallway.

The walls are hallways too where all of the boss's minions hide until it's their time to shine. Until the boss orders them to mess around with the players. The minion's objective isn't to kill unless it's following the rules of the game. Because that's what this is to Boss, me, and the minions: a game. This is all just for our own personal entertainment.

I crawled back over to Eliza and grabbed her by the leg, dragging her to the hatch.

I dropped in first, pulling Eliza down with me. She landed on my back, making me fall over and scrape my already ruined hands and knees on the cement floor.

I stood up and held Eliza by the legs again, dragging her down the narrow hallway that was nearly too small for me to walk through.

Finally, I came to a door and I kicked it open.

It led to my very own personal office. I have a desk and a fireplace and two couches facing each other and a bookshelf for all of my books. And of course I have two cells for any survivors.

I dropped Eliza on the floor and closed and locked the door.

I opened the drawer in my desk and pulled out a skeleton key.

I unlocked one of the cells with the key and examined it to make sure that Eliza wouldn't be able to get out using her powers.

I nodded with satisfaction and dragged Eliza into the cell, tossing her onto the bed.

I closed the cell with a proud smile and locked it, staring at Eliza's limp form for just a second longer.

Finally, I put the key back in the drawer and sat down on my desk, picking up a book.
