IN ONE MINUTE SHE WAS ALIVE MORE THAN EVER

the next she was nothing but meat splattered on the ground. Her lifeless body was limp, a pool of blood surrounded her frame as people screamed out in shock; children were terrified, the adults were screaming and panicking. It's not everyday they see a corpse in the middle of a street, all bruised up and ripped open letting the maggots and crows feast on her.

She's been dead for a day, her body was battered and bruised as if she was attacked by a vicious animal— a rabid one. But no animal would be able to land gruesome punches unless there was a kangaroo out in the loose and well— why bother with the excuses?

They identified her as [Name] [Surname] fresh out of the Academy, with outstanding grades. The perfect daughter anyone could ask for and yet there she was, beaten to a bloody pulp. No one knew who to blame— who could be capable of doing such a thing to a poor girl.

To think someone could such a thing to a young innocent girl— perhaps the bat coated with blood would answer their questions and the bottle of liquor tipped in their hands. It would answer all of their questions, it wasn't hard to figure it out.

All they could do was wish her peace in the afterlife— even if it is a grain of it. They wondered if she died a happy person, if she died believing she was a good person. Of course she was, she was well respected in the community. Everyone loved her and adored her sense of justice for the world.
