Summary: It's just a lazy day for Y/N and Fred.

I woke up to the sun shining through the window and the birds chirping outside.

I let out a small groan as I rubbed the sleep out of my eyes. Turning onto my side I faced my husband who was still fast asleep, obviously having a good dream as a smile never seemed to leave his lips.

I stared at the silver wedding band on my ring finger, sighing contentedly. I still can't wrap my head around the fact that I was married to Fred Weasley. But I guess you could say that I was living the dream.

After a few more minutes of just staring adoringly at my husband's sleeping figure, I decided to make him some breakfast in bed.

Pressing a kiss to his cheek before slowly climbing out of the warmth and comfortable bubble that surrounded the bed. Which I immediately regretted on my feet touched the cold wooden floor.

Walking over to the drawer, I took out one of Fred's old sweaters and pulled it over my head, watching it fall past my knees before heading to the kitchen.

I pulled my hair into a messy bun before I started to prepare breakfast for Fred. Looking out the window of our living room, the Burrow could be seen a short distance away.

Fred had been the one to suggest that we live in a small cottage that was near his childhood home because he wanted our kids to grow up near the place he did. My heart had melted the moment he pitched in the idea, so I agreed.

Soon enough, the smell of butter and waffles were feeling the air in the kitchen.

Once I had finished, I placed the plates on a tray and carried it to our room.

I pushed the door open with my foot being met with the sight of a still fast asleep Fred.

I chuckled quietly to myself, setting the tray down on the bedside table as I leaned forward and gently peppered kisses all over Fred's face.

"Morning Freddie." I greeted him with a small smile as he slowly woke up.

"Morning Princess." He said in his morning voice, making me weak in the knees.

He then sat up while running his fingers through his hair, "Is that waffles I smell?"

I bit my lip as I nodded, "I made you breakfast in bed." I said, taking the tray from the table and placing it in his lap.

He grinned, "What's the breakfast in bed for? Did I miss an important occasion? Because I'm pretty sure that our anniversary is still in two months."

I giggled, sitting down beside him on the bed, "Nope. I just wanted to make you breakfast in bed. That's all."

He pressed a kiss on my cheek, "Remind me, how did I manage to convince a goddess like you to get married to muppet like me?" He cooed.

"A goddess? Really?" I said.

"Just take the compliment and answer the question woman." He said thru a mouth full of waffles.

I rolled my eyes at him, "That's because the muppet is so sweet, handsome, funny. That's what made the goddess fell for him."

"That's a wonderful story to tell our kids." He remarked.

I snorted, "The Story of the Muppet and the Goddess."

"We need to work on the title."

"Definitely."

"What do you want to do today Princess?" Fred asked, kissing the top of my head as we cuddled up on the couch.

I hummed, burying myself deeper into the warmth and comfort of his embrace as I wrapped my arms around his torso, "I just wanna cuddle."
