I talked a little about this mha/bnha idea on my message board so I'm just going into a bit more details.
The quirk is called Spider King and it allows the user to have all the abilities a spider can have. This would also be a mutation quirk so the user's bottom half is that of a spider.
The drawbacks is that the user may grow to have habits and/or urges that a spider has.
I would love it if someone wrote this idea as a story
