So I think this could go for an original story or a fanfic. But at the moment, I'm seeing a mafia idea. Or maybe a kingdom/fantasy idea.
The main character is a very skilled and famous assassin. When they're not serious and/or on the job, they're very care free and can be, surprisingly, a bit clumsy.
For a mafia plot line, I was thinking the MC is assigned to be the new personal bodyguard/right hand to the mafia boss because the last one turned out to be a spy for another mafia. The MC nor the mafia boss could've guess there were more than one spy.
For a kingdom/fantasy plot line, it would kinda be like the mafia idea. The MC would be hired by a powerful kingdom to protect and look after the prince/princess because someone has been targeting every kingdom's heir. If the culprit isn't found, war would break out between all the kingdoms because they would blame one another for the disappearance or lost of their heir to the throne.
I haven't seen a story like this so who knows. If nobody takes up this idea then I might come back to it and do it myself.
