So bear with me on this one.......yall know villain Inko is a thing?! Like other than in the villain waifu AU.
For a plot line, I'm thinking Izuku dies either by suicide or a villain attack. Inko in grief then trys to search what led up to it. Either way she finds out everything Bakugo and All Might did, not to count All Might was involved in the villain attack (if ya go with that option) . So in revenge and justice, Inko turns to villainy and becomes the world's greatest villianess.
I can also see the LOV deciding to follow under Inko and then AFO is wondering where everyone, even Kuroguri, went. He found out about Inko and is now trying to win her heart. If ya wanna put the 'AFO is Deku's dad' theory in here then after finding out about Izuku and Inko, AFO joins her and trys to win her heart again. Like AFO and Inko got divorced a little after Izuku was born and haven't heard from each other since.
Ngl villain Inko made me love her character even more.
