I got this idea when I was rewatching Aladdin (the remake with Will Smith) and I can see this as a fanfic or an original story.
What if the main character had the powers of a genie?
Either;
A. It's a mha/bnha fanfic and Izuku is the great grandson to the genie in Aladdin. He inherits all the genie's powers and just passes it off as a quirk called Genie's Wish. The user has all the powers/abilities of a genie and if the user deems you worthy or in need of serious help, they can give you three wishes. The drawbacks is that both the user themselves and whoever they give wishes to must follow a few rules. For example, no wishing for love, no wishing for more wishes, etc.
Or
B. In a world where everyone is some kind supernatural creature, genies are somewhat rare. They have it a bit worse than any of the other species since some people want to use them for their own gain or for bad. (Kinda like Jafar)
For option B, I don't really have a plot and for option A, I've not seen a AU were he's a genie.
