So I kinda based this idea off of a mha/bnha tiktok.
UA has a rehab program for people with quirk malfunctions but they still want to be heroes. So all of class 1-A are in this program to become heroes and to help themselves along the way.
I don't really know how each quirk would malfunction and how it would work differently after said malfunction.
Izuku, though, I was thinking he could either have his own quirk that malfunctions somehow or once he gets OFA it malfunctions during the entrance exam and he gets put into the program with the rest of 1-A.
Any ideas for mha/bnha will probably be mentioned in my dekuverse book (That will also be coming out eventually).
