So I'm currently having this big intrest in pirates and I just got done rewatching one of the POTC movies when I thought of this.
What if Deku was the grandson of Jack Sparrow?
Izuku would have Jack's personality and I can see two ways this story could go, either:
A. Because of Izuku's relation to Jack, he could have some kind of pirate related/based quirk.
Or B. Izuku is still quirkless and few people mess with him because they think he's crazy. He's really good with weapons too. Class 1A and the UA staff would constantly questioning his sanity.
