Bonus chapter #4

Tessa's POV

A few weeks later...

"Tess! Are you ready? We're going to be late for you doctor's appointment!"

"No!" I yell from the bedroom and in less than a second, he is here.

"What's wrong?"

"I don't have clothes to wear! Nothing fits me! And I can't go anywhere with this big and fat body. Look at my boobs! They will go out from my bra, my ass is fat, my feet are swollen! I have three dresses that fits me! I can't do this!" I almost cry in front of him. Ugh, fucking hormones!

"Breath." He puts his hand on my shoulders and I breath. "Take one of that dresses and after your appointment, we're going to the mall to buy clothes for you. And stop saying that you are fat... You are not this way, you are just pregnant. It's normal to gain weight because it's a baby inside you, there is growing our baby and she or he needs everything to grow and to be healthy, so stop saying this, Tess."

"Why you always have the words at you?" I hug him.

"Because I want to make you to feel good every time, ok?"

"I'm so lucky to have you, Hardin... you have no idea how much I love you."

"And I love you." He kisses me. "Now got put a dress on your beautiful and perfect body and let's go to see the baby. And I promise the we're going to buy you some clothes, ok?"

"Yes."

It's been three months since we found out about this pregnancy and I was very careful and I tried to not be active in the first months, because in the first trimester the chances of having a miscarriage are higher, but now everything is fine. Our baby is growing and I am too. I don't really like my body being in this way, but Hardin is always there to assure me that I'm the most beautiful woman in the world and it's good for me.

Today we have the big appointment, we will find out the baby's gender and we both are so excited. I already have almost 17 weeks and at the last appointment, two weeks ago, the baby wasn't in a good position to see the gender, so today we are going again and maybe we are lucky to find out if we're having a baby boy or a baby girl.

After I get dressed, we go to his car and he drives to the clinic. We wait the nurse to call us and after 10 minutes, we're in doctor Robbins's office.

Dr. Robbins: "How are you feeling, today?"

Me: "I'm good. Thank you."

Dr. Robbins: "Let's see the baby." We go in the room with the ultrasound and I sit on the bed, I lift up my dress and dr. Robbins cover my legs with a sheet. She pours some gel on my belly and she puts the device on my belly. "Well, today is a good day." She smiles. "The baby is in a perfect position to see the gender. And I want to announce you that there is a healthy baby girl."

Hardin: "I knew it!" He smiles and he kisses my hand. It's so nice to see Hardin being so happy. He will be the best father for our little baby girl.

Tessa: "You are always right." I smile.

After we finish our visit at my OB, we go to the mall to buy some clothes for me. I find some pretty outfits for school and some comfy clothes, and the we go to eat something.
