It had been a week since Fukyutsui met Saori, the only way he could describe her was: an annoying girl who wouldn't leave him alone. All he wanted to do was grind xp and keys, but she wouldn't leave him alone – and he didn't feel like explaining why bills of a foreign currency appeared when he killed stuff, that would be really annoying and inconvenient, he had to give up on gaining levels for now – hell he tried to grind at night, but she always seemed to be prepared to intercept his moonlight enthusiastic walks, always.

The young gamer wondered if she had a vendetta against him – if she hated him or something. He was spotted every time, and had to go around her every time, today was no exception, he used to sneak out from the window – this time he'd try the front entrance, hopefully she wouldn't catch him then, I'd be inconvenient if she did.

He snuck – quietly – through the small apartment complex, trying not to wake anyone and in fear of a certain white-haired girl appearing from somewhere, he snuck in the dead of night, tip-toeing in hopes that a certain attention seeking white-haired demon girl didn't break through the door of the apartment smiling and telling him to come along – he already had to sleep with his eyes half open thanks to her, his door wasn't there anymore, so he was constantly afraid to get mugged during the night.

He heard a creaking sound behind him – afraid he turned around and looked to where he had heard the noise – no one was there, he silently gulped and then looked to the other side, for some reason he was more afraid right now than he was in the dungeons – it's easy to kill something you expect after all. He continued his walk in the complex and reached the counter, as he moved closer to the exit he heard a door close to his right – he turned around and saw nothing again, he wondered if it could be a curse – but he didn't really feel any Cursed Energy around him, so either it somehow traveled fast enough for him not to notice, or it had someway to hide it's Cursed Energy – both of which were way too dangerous.

Nervous and not sure of what was following him, the boy made a break for the front door, running as silently as he possibly could. He was about to reach it a few seconds later, the air around him seemed to chill, as he ran to the exit, the doors creaking seemed less natural and happened more regularly. Fukyutsui could feel the sweat on the top of his forehead trickle to his chin as his senses sharpened in hopes of staying on guard. The cold air traveled from his neck down, making his body tremble from his neck to his toes. He stopped and turned around to see if anything was following him – nothing was there.

He looked back in-front of him, the creaking stopped – no all the noise had stopped. The wind he could hear flowing throughout the whole room wasn't there, the whooshing sound of the wind hitting the counter seemed to have disappeared, his eyes quickly examined the dimly lit room for any sign of life, the only thing there was him – he was certain!

He gulped and turned around, his heart raced the longer he stayed in one place, the room was quite spacious, but seemed small now – making him hyperventilate, the darkness seemed to loom over him, as if the small amounts of light going through the windows diminished. He looked to every window, they were indeed open, but everything still seemed darker. He tried to clear his head – but the lack of noise made him nervous, he could hear his own heart beating, every breath and step he took. The chilling air returned, this time with no noise, making him shiver.

His eyes darted around the room – never staying in one place alone, he was too afraid of something jumping him from somewhere, but there was never something there, he tried to look at where the wind came from, but there was nothing there – just another empty wall with no entrance – as if the wind was being created by the room he was in – in fact, the wind seemed to have changed direction, this time blowing from his side instead of from behind him, he looked to his side, but the wind disappeared again, as if someone was controlling it.
