A long, black table sat in the centre of a hall in Malfoy Manor, the home of Lucius Malfoy and his parents. Down both sides were Death Eaters, faces both familiar and otherwise. Malfoy, Black, Rosier, Mulciber, Lestrange, all names recognised by a young student.

A student whose thick black heels tapped against the stone floor as she approached the empty space at the table, beside her eldest brother. Before sitting, she placed her hands on the back of her chair, and turned to the head of the table.

"I apologise for my tardiness, my Lord." She spoke with elegance yet pride in her voice, standing tall as she dared to look Lord Voldemort himself in the eye.

"You are forgiven, Sabrina." He nodded, and she took her seat, "I do, however, request that you are more careful with your timings next time. We have important things to discuss, one of which, in particular, involves you."

"Whatever it is, my Lord, I'd be honoured."

"Good.." He said, satisfied with the sixteen-year-old's response, "Orion, Walburga?"

Orion and Walburga Black were two of Lord Voldemort's most trusted Death Eaters, alongside the rest of the House of Black, and formerly, Sabrina's own family, the House of Wraith, which now in the Dark Lord's eyes was just her and Samuel. The Blacks sat opposite the siblings, looking the younger girl in the eye.

"We have a proposition." Walburga announced, "We'd like your help with a... family issue."

"Our eldest, Sirius, is in the same year as you at Hogwarts, correct?" Orion inquired.

"If I remember correctly, yes."

"He ran away at the end of the summer just gone, I assume you've heard," He continued, "We'd like him back under our care, and we've decided that you're the best suited for the job."

Despite Orion's calm, strict voice, he was quite clearly nervous when in the Dark Lord's presence. He kept looking towards him, as if making sure he wasn't taking too much control or overstepping.

"Sirius is quite the ladies' man, we've been told," Walburga said, "And you, my dear, seem to be quite capable of acquiring anything or anyone you wish. We feel that, should you be able to gain Sirius' trust, you would be able to convince him to come back to us, either the easy way or the hard way, we're open to either."

"You'd like me to date your son?" Sabrina asked, demandingly.

"Not exactly.. he will think so, but all you have to do is pretend to be interested."

"Eventually," Voldemort took over, his voice alone enough to make several of the group flinch, "Mr and Mrs Black intend for Sirius to join us here. You can help with that too, if necessary, but the most crucial factor is getting him back to his dear parents."

"Think carefully about how you answer." Samuel whispered to his sister, though through the ear-splitting silence in the room, he was sure to be heard by at least half of the party, including the Dark Lord.

"I'd be delighted to help you." Sabrina answered, looking at Orion and Walburga but also addressing Voldemort. "But I'd also like to know what's in it for me."

"Surely the honour of helping us get where we need to be is enough encouragement." Voldemort's voice was always sinisterly calm, almost agitating.

Sabrina's eyes twitched and narrowed for a moment, before she maintained her proud, composed demeanour, "Of course, my Lord."
