After a week of snowing in the South East of England, there was finally a day that wasn't unbearably cold. Thankfully for Samuel Wraith, that day fell the same as the day of his meeting with Voldemort and the Death Eaters. Money wasn't an issue for him, especially since his parents died: for most of the year, he lived alone, in a house with plenty of spare rooms, and a fireplace in the majority of rooms, so despite the gap in the cold, the empty contrast was unpleasant.

Sabrina was the only one of Samuel's siblings to agree with him on his views on muggles and wizards, although sometimes he wasn't sure whether she was completely on the same page. It was, however, the best he had. His parents had never been as extreme, but had both come from families on Voldemort's side, and had been raised with no other knowledge.

Marcus and Alison Wraith had been Death Eaters for years, but the sort that only participated in minimal planning, who didn't want to be there but were too scared to stand against Voldemort. When things became more drastic, and they were put under the pressure to kill innocent people, muggles and wizards alike, they had decided they'd had enough. They'd spoken up, and for that they were killed.

Samuel had three younger siblings, Sadie, Seth and Sabrina, aged in that order. Seth and Sadie were against Voldemort, and Sadie, beyond her brother's knowledge, had joined the Order of the Phoenix after leaving Hogwarts. All four were in Slytherin, and the two middle children prided themselves on being against the stereotypes.

While Samuel had shown no sympathy when his parents were killed, and Sabrina's was minimal, it completely broken the other two, and their siblings' heartlessness was the last straw. They hadn't spoken to them since their parents died, almost two years prior.

When he reached Malfoy Manor, the group were just taking their seats, the Dark Lord at the head of the table like usual, and the Death Eaters more or less in the same seats as always. The gap previously left for Sabrina, however, was filled in by the members on that side of the table moving up, aware that she wasn't joining them.

"Walburga." Voldemort said, voice as cold as always. "You've received a response from Sabrina Wraith?"

"Yes, my Lord." She bowed her head. "She says all is going to plan so far, and she will keep us updated."

"Good." He muttered, "Samuel. You are certain your sister will not fail us?"

"Not certain, my Lord, she can be.. temperamental. But she's determined; she'll find a way around any problem she faces, I assure you."

"Might we ought to keep a watch on her? Make sure she is keeping up to our expectations?"

"I can't imagine she would take it very well. But you are in charge, my Lord. I'm sure she would understand, should you decide to keep an eye on her."

"Evan." Evan Rosier flinched at his name exiting the Dark Lord's mouth, "Your son, he is at school with Sabrina?"

"A year above her in school, I believe, my Lord." Rosier stuttered. His son, named after him, was a Sixth Year Slytherin, aspiring to be a Death Eater like his father.

"Perfect. Inform him that he is to begin his duties as soon as he receives the letter you will send."

"My Lord?" Samuel said, careful to make sure Voldemort had finished speaking before he did, "To my understanding, very few at Hogwarts currently know that Sabrina is one of us. She uses a concealment charm on her mark. Wouldn't it be wise to keep her identity hidden? The more that know, the more likely the boy is to find out."

"A wise man you are, Samuel. Always looking out for others' mistakes. Fair enough, we shall not send Evan Rosier to watch over your sister. I would, however, prefer to have unbiased knowledge that she is doing as she is supposed to."

"My- My Lord?" Lucius Malfoy, a newly graduated Hogwarts student, spluttered, "Might I suggest my house elf? Dobby?"

"We can send our own house elf, My Lord," Orion Black interjected, speaking urgently as to please Voldemort, "Kreacher would be happy to do the job."

"All I was thinking," Lucius turned to Orion, "Was that your own house elf would surely be recognised by your son, no? Assuming they lived together while he lived at home? It would surely be a better idea to send a house elf the boy has never seen before?"

"Right you are, Lucius." Voldemort held both ends of his wand calmly in his hands, "From what I remember from my own time at that dreaded school, there are a collection of house elves working in the kitchens, who I am sure Doddy could fit in well with."

"Dobby." Lucius corrected, quickly curling back into his seat at the glare he was sent.

"Walburga. Not that I think you are so mentally challenged, but I should warn you not to inform Sabrina of this change. Lucius, would you be so kind as to send - Dobby - to Hogwarts as soon as it is convenient?"

"Of course, my Lord." Lucius nodded in understanding. The Death Eaters soon dispersed, and Lucius, along with his fiancée, Narcissa Black, a Seventh Year student with an ability of lying her way out of any problem that would stop her from getting to meetings, got to work telling Dobby exactly what he was to do, and sending him to Hogwarts.

Friday came around quicker than expected. Both Sirius and Sabrina were apprehensive, but for quite different reasons. Sirius still wasn't sure if he could trust her, and Sabrina hoped it would all go the way she'd planned. She couldn't possibly let the Dark Lord down.

The two students met at the Quidditch Pitch, at the time they had arranged, and neither could help being slightly suspicious that the other had someone else watching, or something else planned.

"So," Sabrina spoke first, after she was pretty certain there was nobody else there, "What are we doing, Black?"

He picked two brooms off the floor, which she hadn't seen due to the dark hour, and tossed one of them to her, "You play Quidditch?"
