Almost instantly she threw it back to him, and he was able to catch him before it went plummeting either to the ground, or into his face.

"No, I don't." she said simply.

"You don't have to." his eyes glinted mischievously, "You just need to know how to fly, and how to shoot a goal."

"I can't say I'm an expert on that, either. The shooting, not flying. I'm not an idiot."

"Well, then, this will make things a lot easier for me." he smiled sarcastically, "Here's the game. For every shot you make, or that I miss, I have to answer one of your questions. And for every shot I make, or you miss, you have to answer one of mine."

"You still don't trust me, do you?" she shook her head, as if in disbelief.

"No." he replied simply. "Considering you're probably bad at shooting, I'll give you a tiny, miniscule advantage. I was going to say we'll go in the middle, but if it would make you feel better, I'll go further back, and you can go closer."

"Everything you say sounds patronizing."

"Likewise. Do you want to go first, or shall I?"

"I'm going first." she strutted towards him, taking the broom back out of his hand and mounting, flying into the air, slightly away from the centre of the pitch, closely followed by Sirius, who watched, ready to ask a question. As it turned out, he was right to assume she would miss. Granted, she wasn't far off, but she had missed all the same.

"Ah, what to ask first," he smirked, looking to the side in fake thought. At her nudge, he gave up the annoying act and actually thought, "Are you sad about your parents' death?"

"Bit personal for the first date, don't you think?" she laughed, though she had been slightly taken aback by his question.

"If you don't want to answer, I can ask another?" he offered, wanting answers but not wanting to invade if it would make her too uncomfortable.

"No, it's fine." she said, "Of course I am. They were nice people with good morals." she wasn't fully lying. "Your turn."

Sirius scored easily, and turned back to her, with his famous smirk proudly displayed across his features. "Do you think you could have been sadder about your parents if it weren't for your pride?"

"Maybe." she shrugged, not understanding her own emotions enough to be sharing them. She turned and threw the Quaffle, missing a second time.

"Have you ever thought about becoming a Death Eater?"

"Not seriously," she lied, "Samuel, my brother, put the idea in my head. But I quickly realised I was against what they stand for. Impressed, so far?"

"Almost." he sneered, somewhat playfully. He turned and cockily threw the Quaffle at the goal. But it backfired, as his over-confidence got in the way of his skill, and he missed.

"Have you ever thought about becoming a Death Eater?" she returned his previous question.

"No. My parents were trying to force it on me from the age of thirteen. But by that time I'd already met James, Remus and Peter, and seen what a good family is like. If I hadn't met them, maybe things would be different, but no, I've never considered actually being one."

Sabrina wasn't completely satisfied with the answer, despite her poker-face. It seemed he was stubborn when it came to this topic, and it may be harder than she'd expected to turn him over. Pushing her thoughts aside, she turned and threw the Quaffle, making her first goal.

"Why'd you leave home?"

"You got all night?" he joked, "My parents don't have the same views as me. We disagreed a lot and they didn't take it very well. I'd had enough, so I left." He turned and made a goal.

"Why don't you talk to your brother?"

"Samuel? I told you-"

"Seth. He shares the same views as you, doesn't he? But you never interact, anyone would think you hate each other."

"After our parents died, we grew apart. All of us. And we weren't naturally that close, anyway." she gave herself a mental pat on the back for the lying on the spot. She soon made another goal.

"Why don't you talk to your brother?" she repeated his question.

"Are all of your questions just mine regurgitated?"

"Do you answer all questions with a question?"

He sighed, "Regulus has always been on our parents' side. I don't think he really believes the crap that they do, he's smarter than that, but he's never exactly done anything to prove he's against them. He's a suck up, and a wimp, and it pisses me off." He was quick to turn and make another goal.

"Why did you really ask me here?"

"What do you mean?"

"I don't believe you just fancy me. There must be something else."

"Maybe I just wanted to see what the fuss was about. Maybe I wanted to have my first official date before my first OWL."

"You've never been on a date before?" he asked in disbelief.

"Why so shocked, Black?"

"You just seem too.."

"Too hot to not have been on a date?" she smirked teasingly.

"I was going to say too confident, or too scary for people to say no. But that too, I guess."

"Were you too scared to say no?"

"I'm Sirius Black. I'm not scared of anything."

"Not even your parents?" she challenged.

"Not anymore." he said, his voice slightly stern before he switched back to a more casual tone, "Do you wanna head back?"

"Sure." she gave a small smile, as if to assure him that she didn't intend to get too personal, despite that being her exact intention. Walking back in comfortable silence, Sabrina felt an unusual, heavy feeling in her stomach, one she hadn't felt since mourning her parents. But why would she be mourning after a date?

The journey was quite uneventful, aside from Sirius' odd stupid joke and the occasional small talk. It wasn't awkward, somehow, although in other situations it very easily could be. When they reached the Entrance Hall, Sirius offered to walk her back to her common room, but they mutually decided he most likely wouldn't be welcomed in the Dungeons.

When Sabrina turned a particular corner, she was met with the presence of another body, standing tall and calmly, as if waiting for her. She was expecting it to be Filch, and his stupid cat, but instead, the figure had a long white beard and purple robes. Dumbledore.

"Miss Wraith, would you mind coming for a walk with me?"
