The sun arose, allowing the beautiful morning to shine a bright orange ray into Dibs room. Though he was already up, he'd rather stay in bed, attempting to fall asleep, than get up. But the sun had its own plans that couldn't be disturbed, and shone it's light into Dibs sealed eyelids. He took that as a sign to wake up finally, thinking it would be better to get everything he had plan today over with. He sat up, his eyes still taking focus of his surroundings. That conversation he had been planning to talk to Gaz about, it was finally. Dib groaned in annoyance and embarrassment, it was just too much to think about at that moment.. He stood up to go downstairs to eat some breakfast before he brushed his teeth. He made it to the kitchen rather quickly, he noticed Gaz was already there. Eating two waffles you can clearly tell that were made in the toaster. Dib thought waffles sounded good right now, so he went to go some from the freezer, but he stopped when he opened it up.
"...Did you seriously eat all the frozen waffles..?" Dib turned to look at Gaz slowly, clearly angry.
"Mmph..Myes" Gaz said as she looked up at her brother, unbothered by his anger, while chewing a little bite of her food.
"Of course, fine. Whatever. I'll just have some cereal.." Dib scoffed and made himself a bowl of cereal. To be specific, a bowl of honey nut cheerios. A classic.
He sat down in a chair infront of Gaz, and started to eat his cheerios. They were good, but he still really wanted some of those waffles. They just... sound... so.. GOOD RIGHT NOW. While Dib was eating slowly, he was thinking of how he should explain all the stuff that's been going through his mind to Gaz.. Which made him nervous, so he then started to sweat.
Gaz, who was just trying to enjoy some really good waffles, and video she was watching on her phone, noticed this and has the slightest bit if worry, but still decided to ask her brother what's up.
"Hey, why do you look so nervous?" Gaz paused her video and looked at her brother dead in the eyes. Even though you can't really tell if she is..
Dibs train of thought came to a stop, and he looked back at Gaz quickly, embarrassed at how obviously nervous he looked.
"I'm fine, I'm just thinking about something." Dib continued to eat his cereal, he wasn't sure if now was the best time to start talking to Gaz. Gaz raised a brow, knowing full well that whatever he's thinking about, must be some good gossip that she would really only keep to herself.
"About what?" Gaz spoke, still looking at Dib.
"U-uhm.. Something.." He blushed slightly, he REALLY didn't want to talk about it now, especially when he's eating his little cheerios!
"Is it something about Zim?" Gaz was SURE it was, things have been so different with the two boys, it made her feel weird and cringe sometimes at how awkward things got.
"What?? I- wha- why would yo- pshhahaha.." Dib stuttered, Gaz just stared at him with a confused look.
"Hey! Not everything I think about is gonna be about Zim, yah know?!" Dib pointed at his sister, wanting her to think other wise. Gaz still stared.
"Don't look at me like that!"
She was still staring.
"UGH, FINE! I am. Or at least, I'm wanting to talk to you about something that involves him." He said as he looked down to his cereal, then back to Gaz.
"Alright, what is it?" Gaz said, taking another bite of her waffle, and turning off her phone.
"Wha, what?" Dib said as he looked at her in confusion, suprised that she would actually even consider talking to him. But she has become a bit nicer, but still a little rude because, c'mon... siblings..?
"What is that you want to tell me, I wanna know."
"Oh, right. Umm.." Dib struggled to find the words in a way that wouldn't sound too stupid.
