The whole next morning, Alice was a jittery mess. The other students tried to get her to tell them what was wrong, but she just told them she hadn't slept well, and tried to hide her panic. As Mrs. Wilson walked Alice through the halls towards Springtrap's room, she could hardly wait to get there, strangely feeling like she would be safer there somehow.
Mrs. Wilson suddenly spoke, "Y'know, we saw just the most interesting thing on the security cameras last night." She mentioned nonchalantly. Alice was just barely able to prevent herself from audibly gasping as fear spread through her. She had forgotten about the cameras. She tried to play it cool, "Oh really? W-what did you see?" Her voice shook, betraying her. Mrs.Wilson continued walking, and smiled sweetly, "Oh Alice, I'm sure you know exactly what we saw." They stopped in front of the door to Springtrap's room, and Alice rushed in the second the door was opened, not sure why she expected to find safety there.
Springtrap was lounging in a chair, looking grumpy as usual. As the door closed, Alice realized that, oddly enough, Mrs. Wilson hadn't left like she usually did. Instead she was looking through the door's metal bars, and holding a small remote. She called out to Springtrap, "Oh my goodness, Springtrap! It seems I have accidentally pressed the button to release your controlled shock cuffs, and they can only be put back on manually!" There was a beep as she pushed a small button on what Alice now recognized as the remote used to shock the animatronics. Springtrap stared at Mrs. Wilson in confusion as his cuffs clattered to the floor. Alice suddenly felt a wave of dread go through her.
Mrs. Wilson continued speaking, "My goodness, it would absolutely be terrible if you happened to decide to attack Alice at this moment! I wouldn't be able to do a thing to stop you!" She exclaimed.
Springtrap still looked confused, "What are you talking about? Why would I attack Alice?"
Mrs. Wilson gave a sly smile, "Well, I'm sure those alarms last night woke you up, and I would like to inform you that it was Alice who set them off, because she had decided to go snooping in the middle of the night. All I'm saying is that, if you would like to deal with that right now, I wouldn't stop you. I know you've been wanting some violence for a while now." She said. A look of understanding suddenly crossed Springtrap's face. Alice abruptly realized what was happening as well, "W-wait, no! I-I didn't mean to set off the alarms!"
Alice watched in horror as Springtrap silently got up, and walked over to where the broken chair had been, it's legs still attached to the floor. Springtrap grabbed one of the legs, and snapped it, creating a long, sharp wooden spike. He then turned and began slowly walking towards Alice, a grin spreading across his face. Alice turned to try and run, to where she wasn't sure. Suddenly, Mrs. Wilson reached through the door's metal bars and grabbed onto Alice's hair.
Alice yelped in pain as she was yanked backwards, and Mrs. Wilson let out a cruel laugh. Trapped, Alice watched in horror as Springtrap walked closer and closer, "No! Please no!" She shouted desperately, her vision becoming blurred with tears.
Springtrap chuckled, "Don't take it personally. Everyone needs some stress relief sometimes, right? And it would be stupid of me to waste this perfect opportunity." He stopped walking, now standing right in front of Alice. She watched in horror as he raised his arm, positioned to stab her with the long spike of wood, Mrs. Wilson cackling behind her. Alice turned her head away and closed her eyes, trembling as she braced herself for the impact.
There was a sudden swish of air right by Alice's face, and the sound of bone cracking as something pierced it. Alice opened her eyes, realizing the shrieks of pain weren't her own, and the hand that had been holding her hair was suddenly gone. She whipped around, and saw the stake had been shoved deep into Mrs.Wilson's face. Springtrap gave the spike a twist, and then ripped it out, splattering Alice with blood.
The screams abruptly turned to horrifying gurgles as blood poured from the gaping wound. Mrs. Wilson put her hands to her face and stumbled backwards, falling and slumping against the wall. As the gasps and gurgles quickly became weaker, Springtrap pushed Alice away from the door, "Watch out." He growled, and, while still holding onto the bloodied spike, began kicking at the door, leaving large dents until it finally popped out of its frame, and fell with a loud boom.
Alice stared in shock at the blood filled hallway, unable to move or speak. She felt like she was going faint. A loud alarm began blaring all throughout the building, and the red lights from the night before began flashing again. Springtrap grabbed her arm and began quickly pulling her through the halls. She just barely managed to prevent herself from falling as they rounded corner after corner. Alice suddenly managed to find her voice, "W-where are we going?" She shouted over the noise.
"We're getting the fuck out of here!" Springtrap shouted back.
As they rounded another corner, they ran into someone that seemed to be carrying a gun. Before Alice even had time to register what was happening, Springtrap had stabbed the person through the chest with his spike of wood, pulled it out, and was continuing to drag Alice along. When they were about to reach the exit doors, Alice suddenly remembered something, "Wait, what about the others!?" She exclaimed.
Springtrap glanced at her in confusion, "What others?" He asked, continuing to pull her along.
"The other students, and the other robots too!" She replied. She was out of breath, but Springtrap wouldn't let her stop moving.
"Ugh, who cares about them, we have to get out of here. You realize you could literally die if we don't, right?" He growled, smashing through the glass welcome doors.
He suddenly stopped, causing Alice to run into him, "Ow, why'd you stop!? I thought we have to get out of here!" She exclaimed, panicking as she could hear quickly approaching footsteps.
"There's a big metal gate in the way, dumbass!" He shouted.
Springtrap let go of Alice, and rammed into the gate, which was apparently much flimsier than it appeared to be. He was able to force it wide enough open to get through after only a couple of tries.
"Stop right there!" Somebody shouted, and Alice heard the bang of a gun as a bullet flew by her. She scrambled through the opening, and Springtrap followed after her.
Briefly disoriented by the wave of hot summer air and bright sunlight that immediately hit her, Alice took a moment to get her bearings. Springtrap was looking around, blinking in confusion. Alice spotted her car on the other side of the parking lot, and began running towards it, dragging Springtrap along with. She was almost certain that either her legs were going to give out, or that she would pass out before she reached it, but she somehow managed to make it to the car.
Faster than seemed possible, Alice unlocked the car's doors, and unceremoniously shoved Springtrap into the backseat.
"What the hell!?" He exclaimed, as she jumped into the driver's seat.
"Sorry! I was just trying to be quick!" Alice said, starting the car and speeding towards the exit. She drove right through the flimsy plastic barrier, and was soon racing down the long woodland road that she had used to get to the facility.
She heard Springtrap shuffling around in the backseat, "Calm down dammit!" He growled, "We aren't being followed, and it would be less than ideal if we were to get pulled over!" He exclaimed. Alice realized he was right, they didn't seem to have anyone following them. She slowed down and took a deep breath, "Did we seriously just do that!?" She asked in disbelief.
"Yeah, we did." Springtrap replied triumphantly.
"Oh my god. I'm going to get sent to jail!" Alice exclaimed, everything that had just happened finally registering in her brain now that she wasn't full of adrenaline.
"No you aren't. I doubt they'd try and call the police on you now, especially if you know any significant secrets of theirs. They're more like to just murder you instead of risk getting their schemes exposed." Springtrap replied, sounding annoyed.
"I'm going to get murdered!? That's even worse!" She said. Everything felt like a swirl of confusion, and she wasn't sure if this was a dream or reality.
"Just calm down, right now we need to focus on what we're going to do right now. We probably should hide or something." He said.
Alice took another deep breath, "Ok, you're right. I think I know what we can do."
And so she drove on, now running from a dangerous facility with an undead murderer that she had stolen from them, unsure of what the future would hold.Hey you beautiful people!
