Marlene was screaming "I told you so!" As she stood up on the bench, waving  Estelle down to where they were sitting. Remus was laughing at her obnoxious behaviour, his head thrown back in laughter.

"Estelle! Come sit" She said jumping off of the benching taking hold of the girls wrist, pulling her down to sit with them. "Okay, boys, meet our newest best friend. Estelle!" She said doing jazz hands.

Estelle looked over at all the boys, who were staring intently at her. She snapped her fingers in all their faces, and they shook their heads slightly. Remus's cheeks blushed, James chuckled awkwardly messing up his hair a bit, Peter looked away, and Sirius just kept staring at her.

"Sirius, you okay mate?" Marlene asked, cocking a brow at him.

"I just, I haven't met many Veela who don't take advantage of their powers when first meeting someone. First impressions are so important." He said, sticking out his hand for Estelle to take it.

"Sirius Black."

Estelle took his hand, shaking it politely. "Estelle Beaulieu"

"Your name means Star." He said, raising his brows.

"Your name is nicknamed The Dog Star." She said, a cheeky grin on her face.

Sirius chuckled to himself, "That is true, yes."

The other boys introduced themselves as well, James, Remus, and Peter.

After the rest of the first years were sorted, the Head Master Dumbledore, began the feast. Massive plates of food appeared in front of us, and Estelle didn't realize it until that moment, but she hadn't eaten anything but a couple sweets on the train all day. Her stomach rumbled in hunger at the smells of all the foods, and she looked around at what to start with.

The group of Gryffindors chatted happily, eating and talking about the new school year. Most of them were happy to be back, where as others were less keen to be doing school work.

After the feast had finished, the students all went off to their houses. Estelle followed all of the girls, and the boys as well, there was quite a lot of them and they were very loud. She had linked arms with Marlene, and was walking down the corridor in a very animated conversation with James and Sirius about what country has a better Qudditch team.

"Your team literally never wins, Estelle!" Marlene shouted, and Estelle glared at her.

"That doesn't mean they are no good! How often does Englands team win?" Estelle asked, narrowing her eyes at the three of them.

"Erm, well, I mean.." James began to stutter out, but Estelle shook her head. "Exactly!"

When they reached the top of the Gryffindor tower, Lily gave the password to a lady in a portrait on the wall.

"Dragon Fire." She said, and the portrait swung forward opening up a long hall into the common room. The eight of them walked in, and Estelle was immediately taken aback. Everything from the crackling fire place, to the warm toned decor oozed out comfort and warmth. The circular common room had many comfortable looking pieces of red furniture, each one had a few knitted blankets strewn across them.

Two large fireplaces cast a warm orange glow around the room. Many bookshelves lined the walls, as well as study desks and tables. There were a couple portraits that all appeared to be asleep, and a few that greeted us as we walked in.

She smiled to herself, looking around the common room for a moment before plopping down on the couch. The others had either already been seated, or joined in with her.
