#5. You Interview Them And He Flirts With You

Ashton:

You were about to be live on TV doing possibly the most exciting interview of your career so far. You had been a fan of 5 Seconds of Summer for as long as you could remember, and when your boss had said that they were going to be on the show and that you were going to be interviewing them you were over the moon. You give yourself a quick pep talk before the boys come on and sit on the sofa opposite you. You get to quickly introduce yourself to each of them and shake their hands before the cameras go on and you are on the air. "So I'm joined here by the wonderfully talented 5 Seconds of Summer. Boys, how are you?" you ask whilst trying to keep your cool. "We're great thanks Y/N, it's nice to be here," Ashton says, smiling at you. You're flattered that he remembered your name: you didn't even think that he was paying much attention when you introduced yourself! "Well as you probably know, your fans love you a lot... and I mean a lot," you say but try not to get across the fact that you are a fan because that would probably scare them, "So we've had many requests for us to ask you what you look for in a potential love interest." "The amount of times we've been asked this," Calum laughs and the boys join in. They all talk about qualities that they like in girls and also physical descriptions (eye colour, hair colour, that kind of thing) and you can't help but notice that for practically the whole time Ashton's eyes are glued on you. "Ash I couldn't help but notice that all of the qualities you said seem to fit Y/N perfectly," Michael smirks and you try to hide your face with your cue cards. Thanks Michael! "They did?" Ashton asks innocently and Calum, Luke and Michael all nod. "What a coincidence," he laughs it off and so do you before continuing the interview, although you couldn't help but notice that it became a bit awkward after that. When the interview was over you get up from your seat and head to your dressing room. Not too long later there is a knock at the door and you call for them to come in. To your surprise it is Ashton! "I just came to say that I'm really sorry about Michael back there, I could tell that you felt awkward afterwards and I have told him off for behaving that way," he smiles as he walks up to you. "No it's fine, don't worry about it. I don't know if it was accidental or what, but I couldn't help but be flattered that I fit the qualities you said you liked," you blurt out without even thinking. He takes a step towards you meaning that you are pressed against the wall. "Oh it certainly wasn't accidental," he whispers in your ear.

Calum:

You were about to do the biggest interview of your career so far and you couldn't be more nervous. After working for a radio for almost a year, they had finally trusted you to interview the well-known band 5 Seconds of Summer. You had listened to their music before and had to admit that they were very good and also quite good looking, so you were sat there getting your makeup done whilst mentally giving yourself a pep talk about how to try and not stare at them! It was finally time for your show. "I will be joined by 5 Seconds of Summer shortly for a nice chat, but before that I think I'll play one of their hits because why not," you laugh before playing Don't Stop. You signal for them to come in about half way through the song and they all take their seats opposite you, and you can't help but notice that Calum keeps staring at you. After the song you begin talking to the boys. "So we've got some Twitter questions for you guys actually," you say, grabbing your cue cards with the questions on them. "Okay, here's a good one. 'What's your best pick-up line and Y/N can judge it and say whether she'd go out with you?'" you say and the boys laugh. "Uurm mine would have to be... are you a volcano? Because I lava you," Ashton speaks up and you smile. "Yeah okay, I'd go out with you." "Mine is too inappropriate to say on the air," Michael blushes and you laugh. "Yeah, it's probably best to not say it then," you joke. "I don't talk to girls so I don't have any," Luke sighs. "I bet that's a lie," you laugh. "Just make one up, now! Go!" Ashton shouts, causing Luke to laugh too. "Uurm... hi... uurm... you... dance hot? I don't know," he laughs. "I don't dance so, uurm, sorry about that one. Cal, what about you?" you ask, automatically regretting calling him Cal. You're not on friend terms! You've never even met the guy! "I lost my number, can I borrow yours?" he says and you blush. You have to admit, that was a good one. "Yes I'd date you," you smile before continuing the interview. After your slot on the radio, Calum walks up to you. "Hi Y/N," he smiles and you blush. "Hi Cal," you reply. "So, uurm, your number?" he smirks.

Luke:

You had been asked by 5 Seconds of Summer's management to ask them some interview questions during their live stream. Of course you had accepted because not only would it be good for your career, you also liked their music and thought that it would be nice to meet them. You arrived at the venue on time and were told by their management that they had already started their live stream and that you were to go on about halfway through and ask them questions, so you nodded and made your way to the toilets to touch up your makeup as you were going to be interviewing a group of very good looking guys! "So uurm apparently we're going to have someone come on and ask us interview questions now," Calum says to the camera and that's when you walk on. All of the boys smile as you take a seat but you notice that Luke's jaw has dropped, much to your confusion. "It's nice to meet you guys," you smile as you take a seat. "You too..."Ashton says, obviously wanting to know your name. "Y/N," you tell them. "Y/N... what a beautiful name," Luke says which makes you blush. "You look lovely by the way," he adds. You begin asking the boys questions and have a really great time with them and Luke continues to give you little compliments which makes you extremely happy. You all look at the screen where they can see the comments by their fans who are watching the live stream and notice that a lot of the comments are about Luke giving you compliments. 'Have you seen that idiot blushing whenever she talks' 'Luke clearly likes this Y/N girl' 'OMG LUCAS GET SOME!!!' "Oh my God no," Luke groans hiding behind a giggling Ashton and you just blush and hide your face in your hands... and that's when more comments start appearing. 'OMG SHE'S BLUSHING!' 'This is literally my new OTP' 'Too cute tbh...' "Uurm anyway, I should probably go," you say and Luke looks down at the ground. "Okay, well we'll see you later then, yeah?" he asks and you nod before leaving them to continue with their live stream. When it is over Luke practically sprints over to where you are stood at the back of the room. "Look I'm really sorry about what happened," he says. "It's fine," you smile. "Thanks for all of the compliments by the way." "Oh you deserve them. If anything I should probably compliment you more... maybe whilst on a date?" he asks and you laugh at how smooth it was before agreeing.

Michael:

You had just finished interviewing 5 Seconds of Summer for the magazine that you work for. Throughout the interview, the bubbly, coloured haired boy Michael kept smirking at you and saying dirty things, which is one reason that you were glad that instead of being a TV or internet interview where it would have been filmed, you were writing down the responses and could therefore edit out the inappropriate things that he had said. Nonetheless, you were annoyed that he had practically ruined what was supposed to be a nice interview by his dirty mind getting in the way which you just thought was childish and immature. But you weren't going to say anything and you were just going to let it go. You never had to see these boys ever again and therefore there was no need for you to do anything. You were walking out of the building when someone grabbed your wrist meaning that you couldn't move. You turned around to see Michael. "What do you want?" you ask as you try to yank your wrist away but he is much stronger than you and therefore it does not work. "Follow me," he purrs into your ear and you try to walk away but he keeps a grip on you and therefore you oblige and follow him into one of the back rooms in the building. He locks the door behind him and you can't help but be a bit scared. What does he want with you? "What do you want?" you ask again when he turns around from facing the door. He walks over to you and places one of his hands on your cheek, and his touch alone sends fire throughout your body. "You Y/N," he tells you and you feel butterflies in your stomach. Although during the interview he acted like an utter idiot and you were really annoyed with him, there was something about him that intrigued you and attracted you to him. You smile before he pins you against the closest wall and starts kissing you.
