"WHO THE FUCK IS SHE LUCAS?!" I yelled and Lucas rolled his eyes

" I already fucking told you Deja! I don't know her! She texted me out of nowhere! You saw the message!" He says and I laughed humorlessly

"Mmh yea and that's why she said she had a fun time last night. You don't know her my ass! Are you fucking her?" I asked and he scoffed at me

"For the last time, No I'm not! I don't know who she is! Why can't you just believe me? You think that low of me to cheat on you? When we just hit a year not too long ago?! You think I would throw away everything we worked hard for?!" He shouts and I shrugged

"I don't know! When there's a bitch in your phone, texting at 2am saying she had a great time last night. It makes me wonder if my boyfriend is loyal or not!!" I shot back and he just laughs but there was no humor behind. I just shook my head, pointing at the door

"Get out." I said and he looks at me

"We're not done talking about this Deja." He says

"I am, get out!" I yelled at him. Thankfully, Mich and my dad aren't here to witness this.

"You're just going throw everything away like this?" He questions me and I glare at him

"Get the fuck out Lucas. I won't repeat myself again." I said and he just walked out, slamming the door behind. And that's when I finally let everything out and started crying.

"I can't believe he would do this to me.." I sobbed, looking at the promise ring he gave me.. He promise to stay loyal and honest with me. And that one day he would marry me. I guess it was all a lie.

I got up this morning with puffy red eyes but I didn't care. I felt numb, the boy I'm in love with could be cheating on me. I never saw myself with anyone but Lucas and the thought of him with someone else made me sick.

I just threw on a baggy hoodie and sweats that most likely belonged to Lucas but I didn't care at the moment. I grabbed apple with my phone and bag, heading out. Lucas and I would usually walk to school together but that's not happening right now.

People who usually saw me with Lucas were surprised at my appearance and him not by my side. I didn't pay them any mind and got on the subway and headed to school. Once I walked in, once again everyone was staring.

"May I fucking help you?! Avert your eyes somewhere else." I yelled and they looked away. I quickly headed to my locker, grabbing the stuff I needed when lucky for me ( sarcasm).. Farkle, Mich, Maya, and Liam walked over to me.

"Deja.. are you alright?" Farkle asked concerned and I flashed him a fake smile

"I'm fine Farkle." I said as the group noticed Lucas who basically looked like me, red eyes and in sweatpants with a hoodie; He walks right pass us without a word to me and they knew something was wrong. Riley walked over

"Guys what's wrong with Lucas?" She asked and saved by the bell! The bell rang so I closed my locker.

"See you later." I quickly said walking away

"But we have class.. together." Maya said

"Do you think they got into a fight?" I heard Liam say as I walked into Cory's class and sat down. Lucas walked in and we made eye contact before looking away at the same time. Some of the other students were already sitting down were shocked to us not talking to each other. Lucas went to his seat which was behind me.. sadly.
The group walked in and noticed how we were acting but didn't ask questions.. yet. Cory walked in and saw how quiet the class was. Then he looked over at Lucas and I, confused before placing his stuff down and clapped his hands together.
