"Athena come here" mommy said, we are here at the party, one of the amigas of mommy celebrating her birthday. I come to their group and mommy hold my shoulder. "Oh, this is my lovely daughter Athena Soleil Arcass, what do you think of her mga amigas?"
"Well, she is so pretty at the young age how old are you, Athena?" She is so classy like mommy i like her beige dress that fits her body, and I think she is at the early forties.
"I'm 15 years old po" with all smile I reply her, my mommy taught me to smile always whenever party you'll come or any event.
"Ohlalala, you're with the same age of my bunso" she come to me, we're standing at the table infront of us the party was yet to done and we're done eating just chatting with mommy's friends.
"Who is it Thea? It is Drake?" Mommy said, I didn't know mommy's amigas this is my first time to meet them because this is my first time I did come outside of our house.
"Yes Selene, Drake was 15 years old too, but he is not here I said he should come with me, but all he have to do is partying."
"At the very young age he is partying? Wow you should be strict a little, Thea"
"Well, I am strict not a little but a fully mode, pero wala naman kaming magawa iyon ang gusto niya, and Drake's grade we're higher that I can't complain." Auntie Thea laughed a little. I envy that boy Drake how lucky he is to go to the party and and have a good grades and lucky he is able to go outside even at this age.
Mommy chuckled "Oh there's no need to worry about, I think he is responsible man at the very young age."
"Yes he is, where did you go to school, Athena?" Auntie Thea look at me with her smile on, Auntie is an approachable person, one glance at her you will know because of her undying smile, nakakahawa yung ngiti kaya hindi ko maiwasang ngumiti din.
"Oh Thea, actually she is homeschooled since 1st grade and this year I decided to enroll her at the University, kinukulit nadin niya ako na gusto niya daw pumasok sa skwelahan kaya pagbibigyan ko na" mommy answer, I was homeschooled because of my sickness I agree with my parents when they say I will be got homeschool.
"Oh darling you should go to school so you can socialize with other people and meet your new friends and classmates I'm sure you will love to go to school, Athena" Auntie Thea said, if I don't have this sickness I will love to, but when we visited my doctor yesterday he said that all those years of treatment my sickness is fading so I can socialize with other people, and that was the best news I had hear all of my life.
"I will po, Tita" I said, I'm wearing a yellow tube dress and a white sandal mommy dressed me, we come together with Daddy but I think he is also chatting with his business friends.
"Selene I recommend Athena to Thea's University, doon din nag aaral mga anak ko." One of amigas mommy said, I think she heard our conversation and joined.
"It's not my university Locele, silly you. But yeah I will gladly welcome Athena to the university, what do you think, Sel?"
