Time for a friendly battle! How will things turn out?

The marker works like this:

" 6-2"

The first number is the amount of Pokemon you took out

The second number is the amount of Pokemon your rival defeated from your team

Marnie: She might be the one with the dark types, but you had more than plenty of tricks up your sleeve, most of which caught her by surprise and when she knew what you were doing, it was too late. The battle was swift, and while it wasn't long, it certainly was interesting

By the time it was over, you won 6-2

May: The two of you had a varied team, which meant that every encounter was vastly different. Even when one of you had the type disadvantage at some point, there was always a way to counter that with either a surprise move or a status effect

To say that the battle was intense was an understatement. May ended up winning 5-6, just barely

Gloria: You were one of the best Ghost-type users in the region, but that also meant you had somewhat of a disadvantage when it came to types. Gloria's team was much more varied and while you made sure gave her a hard time, she won 3-6

Serena: Serena had the potential, and her team, while a bit strange, worked well in harmony to make it a memorable battle. What failed was her confidence in the last minute, she pushed herself far too much and left herself exposed

In the end you won 6-4

Courtney: Being a Team Magma administrator meant that she had specialty over fire types, but battling Courtney is always something strange, as she tends to flee to avoid getting captured, despite how much she enjoys your company, she would prefer to keep it outside bars

Before she left, the odds were in your favor, with 3-1

Sabrina: You weren't one for battling, especially since you spent more time healing the Pokemon, but when you faced Sabrina, she was as swift as she was strong. However, you weren't completely defenseless, as you had a strong Pokemon that had a type advantage over hers

The battle ended up being a 4-6, for someone who isn't used to fighting, you did surprisingly well!

Cynthia: Dating the champion had its benefits, like her holding back when you battled, but even then she was brutal, her team worked in a way that reminded you how did she get so far. You were more if an explorer than a fighter, but you tried your best against her

The results were 2-6. She congratulated you for getting this far

Nessa: Nessa enjoys battling you because of your energetic and sometimes taunting attitude throughout the match, and also the type neutrality since you don't own many grass types or fire

Because of that, it all comes down to outwit the other. The results of this fun sparring match were 6-4

Bea: Fighting against you is always a welcome challenge for her since you specialize in psychic types, but also come up with unusual strategies to win. Even with her Gigantamax Machamp, you won 6-3
