"That's great to hear, Jeff!" Y/N smiled, hiding her uneasiness. 'Should I say something to Liu? Or to Margaret and Peter? No.....That's their son and Lius brother.' "Well, there's plenty to do! Take your pick, Jeff!" Liu proudly said. "Hmm...." Jeff looked around, putting his hand under his chin. Margaret softly smiled at Liu, her expression was a mix of sadness, worry, and feeble excitement. "We don't have all day, Jeff!" Y/N teased. "Fine, you pick then seeing as you're in such as hurry." Y/N stood silently, her faced heated up as a bright, red, color formed on her cheeks. Liu burst into laughter as Y/Ns cheeks got even redder.

"This is why I don't do the whole teasing thing too often....It's your party, Jeff, I was just messing with you." Y/N Mumbled the first part as she rolled her eyes. Jeff just shrugged. "Lets get some cake, shall we?" he asked. "Okay!" Y/N mused as a chorus of other responses was heard.

"Thanks for coming, everyone!" Margaret smiled as she waved people goodbye. Y/N swung her backpack that she originally forgot she asked S/N to bring over for her over her shoulder. Liu calmly walked over to Y/N, who happened to look over at him right on time. "Hey, Y/N, I just wanted to thank you for all of your help and just, arriving in general. I can't express how much this all means to me and my family. Plus, there's no way I would've been able to get even half of this done on my own- uhh Y/N? You alright?" Y/N was gushing over Lius very formal thank you. "Ye-ep! By the way you're so very welcome!" Y/N turned to hide her redder-than-blood face. "Okay then....?" Liu was beyond confused. "Want me to walk you home? It is rather late and.....Y'know, it can be rather dangerous at night. Also, didn't someone tell you that your family had to go home early?" Liu asked. Y/N about lost her balance when she realized that Liu meant that he wanted to keep her safe from perverts and all other horrible people that are possibly lurking close by.

"No, they didn't; I'd love it if you'd walk with me, though!" Y/N smiled. 'It is just across the street...eh, It only takes a few seconds to be kidnapped..." Y/N gulped at the very much unwanted thought.

Liu smiled patiently at his friend. "K, let's go!" Y/N marched towards the door. "Good night, Jeff, Mr. and Mrs. Woods! Get better soon, Jeff!" Y/N called. "Thanks" The three said in unison; Jeff had less enthusiasm lacing his tone than his parents. Liu was expressionless. He was hiding his concerned look, which would've exposed his disturbing gut feeling, that he was desperately trying to push away. "I'm gonna walk Y/N home!" Liu informed his family. "Alright, be careful. Do you have your pocket knife on you, Liu?" 'Wait....HE HAS A POCKET KNIFE?!' Y/Ns eyes widened. "As always!" Liu pulled his knife from his pocket, the shining blade catching the eyes of many in the room.

He stuffed it back into his pocket. "You coming?" Liu directed his gaze over to Y/N. "Yeah" Y/N followed Liu to the door, waving goodbye to The Woods family, minus Liu. The two teenagers walked towards the door. Y/N opened the door, earning a small, hushed "thanks" from Liu. Y/N closed the door behind her as she trailed out of the house behind Liu who stopped and turned around. "You alright?" Y/N asked. She walked up to Liu and stopped when she was only 10 centimeters away from his face. "Yeah, waiting on you, slow poke!" He grinned and quickly took three steps back. "Why you-" Y/N stopped mid-sentence and laughed.

"Well? Are you gonna come or am I gonna tell your family "oh, she's staying outside for the night"" "I'm coming! Jeez" Y/N playfully grinned at Liu. The duo turned towards Y/Ns house and walked there, silence asserting itself. Lius eyes wondered in every direction. Lamp posts lit up the small neighborhood, most everyone was asleep. The silence lost its comfort as the duo stepped onto the sidewalk in front of Y/Ns house. "Hey Liu?" "Hm?" "...I just wanted to say thank you for everything." Liu stopped in his tracks again.

*-Lius POV-*

"It's no problem!" I smiled at Y/N. 'She's kinda cute....' Y/N smiled and I felt my cheeks heat up at the sight. Her smile could light up the whole world. "Has anyone ever told you how beautiful your smile is?" I blurted out, instantly regretting it. "I'm so sorry!" I apologized. Her cheeks were a light shade of pink. "Thanks Liu...!" She smiled even wider. 'Get yourself together, Liu!' I thought.
