"What? I've always wanted a dagger with the inscription of Týr and as the symbol of mischief, it would be nice to hold something that wasn't always or only associated with the subject. In my defense, when was the last time I broke something of yours?" He asked and Drina narrowed her eyes in a bit of deep thought.

"A hundred years." She answered his question with a grin, as she shakes her head at him holding the dagger back out toward her. "You can keep it for yourself. You know, as long as you don't stab me with it."

Loki laughed at that, as he swiftly waved his hand and the dagger was disappearing once again.

"So you can make things disappear without any difficulty, but you cannot seem to be able to conjure them yet? I think I can help."

Drina and Loki were now sitting together in one of the many, many big empty rooms in the castle, on Asgard's main area.

"Well, you seem to have no problem at all with it. So what's the secret?" He asked and Drina shakes her head a bit at his question, as he tilted his head to the side a bit in confusion.

"Loki, you are coming at it from the completely wrong direction this time, my friend. No one thing, works for all people. Your mother, she told me to find an anchor. Could be a place, or a person... could even be an object. All I know for sure, is that my mother isn't my anchor." She said as Loki laughed at her blunt words.

"I probably could have figured that particular fact on my own time and without any input from you, but okay, so I need to find an anchor?" He asked and she shrugged.

"Call it what you will. Anchor, a trigger, something that will help you utilize your powers in a time of need, when you're in danger or someone in your family is." She offered another explanation of sorts, as he tried to just think of it for a moment.

"Can you tell me what yours is?" He asked and she rolled her eyes, as she crossed her arms over her chest.

"It won't work for you. Probably." She spoke bluntly and he looked at her, as she rolled her eyes again. "Fine. I use my powers to protect the two of you, and it works as mine." She said as his face scrunched up in thought, and she laughed at the expression on his face.

"Well, you told me that it wouldn't work for me. You weren't joking. Any ideas?" Loki questioned of Drina, who was reading a pile of books, that were in the corner next to her and she had 'borrowed', from one of the many big libraries in the castle.

"Hmm? Sorry, what?" She asked and used her finger to hold her page, and he sighed at her. "It's only been a few moments. Just try to find your trigger for your abilities. Maybe your mother or father?" She suggested and he looks over at her again.

"That is not a bad idea actually." He stated and Drina had a crooked half smile on her face, that held quite the clear resemblance to his own.

"If you need to impress your father that badly, then use it as a trigger. If you fight for his appreciation and his approval, then you will be able to. At least, if it works." Drina put her books to the side and stood up, as a ripple of blue light began and she was standing in training gear.

She held a knife in hand and he looked at her. "Did you just summon that?" He asked, sounding a bit miffed and grumpy about it and Drina laughs at his words.

"All right. I will be trying to just 'kill' you in any way that is possible, while you are going to try to summon other weapons. Could be a dagger, could be your helmet or armor. Anything." She said and he nodded a bit, suddenly at least to Drina, he was lookin' a bit like he was nervous. "Hey, I won't bloody you up too bad." She said and he looks at her with the same grumpy sort of a facial expression.

"And, I am to focus on my will for Father's approval?" Loki clarified and Drina nodded, as she twirled the knife around quickly and he sighed. "Try not to kill me." He said and she looked at him with indignant expressions all over her body language.

"The Defender of Odinsons here, remember?" She pointed out and he shrugged, as he attempts to focus his mind on making his father proud.
