Kick the Dust Up

Chapter 5

( Alene's POV )

I squinted my eyes then quickly shut them again. I was in no way ready to get up yet! I snuggled next to Luke's bare body for warmth. I was sore as hell!! Well now that I'm up, there is no getting me back to sleep. I closed my eyes and just thought , about last night, those amazing events. Also about today. What Luke had planed. I know nothing big because he might be sore. Probably not. I know he has a show tonight. I wonder what Sophia is doing right now. She is probably sleeping her ass off. I know she was up all night with Carter. Doing " something ". I can't wait to watch Luke preform! I opened my eyes and looked up at Luke. His mouth was hanging open and he was lightly snoring. I felt my phone vibrating so I took my phone to see Sophia's name flashing across the screen. I lifted his arm slowly and placed it on his stomach. I then got my self off the bed slowly not wanting to wake Luke up and I sure was sore. I put on Luke's shirt & limped into the bathroom.

" Hello. " I whispered. Looking for some Advil, tylenol, Aspirin, anything!

" Hi! " Sophia whispers back. I came across some Tylenol and took three and put them in my pocket of Luke's shirt.

" Well hi there Mrs. Carter. " I giggled.

" And my I ask how Mrs. Bryan is doing this lovely morning? " She giggled back. I slipped out of the bathroom and into the main bus area, so I could talk in at a normal voice level without waking Luke.

" She's doing ok. So sore I might cry but. ok. " I laughed. " And Mrs. Carter how are you. " I asked.

" I'm sitting on the couch in the bus. I'm use to being sore. " She said. I could tell she was smirking. " Is Luke up yet? "

" Nope. " I said putting on a pot of coffee. " How about Michael? " I asked.

" Yea Ray Ray is up bright and sniffing the air." She laughed. I heard Carter say something in the back ground but I'm not sure what. But it must of been funny, cause Sophia was giggling her ass off.

" I'm going to make breakfast for Luke, if to you and "Ray Ray" wanna come over and help me we can all eat breakfast together? " I laughed.

" That would be great! We'll be right over! " She said hanging up. I sighed and took out four coffee mugs. I had the first two filled when Carter opened the door for Sophia and they came in. Sophia smirked at me and I looked down. I made their coffees as they snuggled up on the couch. I took the tylenol then Sophia joined me to make breakfast. We made eggs and bacon with biscuits and gravy. I was putting the food on plates when I felt to big arms wrap around my waste. I noticed a Buck Commander tattoo an knew it was Luke. I smiled and finished up before turning around. He smiled wide and I giggled. He leaned in and whispered in my ear.

" I love you... " He trailed off kissing my neck. I let out a small moan when he bit it. Carter coughed and Sophia giggled. Luke looked up and smiled. He kissed me again before he grabbed his plate.

" Smells wonderful! " Luke said sitting down on the couch with Carter and Sophia, he looked up and patted his lap. I went and sat down handing him his fork.

" Thanks "

" No Problem " I smiled

" So! What did you guys do yesterday? " Luke asked them

" We went and checked out the venue, ya know looked around, and some other stuff... " Carter trailed off smirking.

" Eww, that's enough. " I laughed.

" What about you guys? " Sophia asked and Carter nodded.

" We went to see American Sniper, and played video games, and I laye... " Luke started to say but I cut him off.
