Chapter 11

( Alene's POV )
"I don't know man." I heard Luke whisper/yell into his phone.
He sighed.
"I can't just drop everything an-" He was cut off. He sounded frustrated.
"Are you sure?" He asked.
"Fine, but Alene is going to have to agree to it." He said running his hand through his hair.
"I hope."
"Alright."
"Bye" Luke said clicking his phone. He came back into the hotel bedroom and I quickly closed my eyes to where I could barely see. He looked at me and came over and kissed my cheek. He sighed as he walked back over to the window. He grabbed his keys and went out of the door. Once I heard the door shut I sat up in bed. What was he so upset about? Was he even upset or just grumpy? I hope he tells me...
I took a shower, and changed into my outfit of the day. I grabbed my laptop and opened up my email. I had an email from my old friend from college, Aaron.
"Hey Alene! How have you been!? I moved out to Orlando Florida to pursue my career. Melissa and I have split, for complicated reasons, I guess we just aren't 'fate'. The job pays good, and I do enjoy it very much. Enough about me. I have heard from someone, who am I kidding, the news, magazines, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, EVERYWHERE!!! That you got with mr. Bryan." I giggled.
"Well!!! Who would have known, you end up dating your biggest crush in the world. You are famous!!!" I laughed again at that, 'famous'.
"I got ahold of some tickets to Luke's upcoming show down here. I know you, you never check your email!! But I hope you get this! I can't wait to see you, that is if you are on tour with him.
- Aaron."
I smiled. This man has gotten me through rough times, we've always been friends since middle school, but became close around college. Melissa was his college sweetheart and Sophia's best friend, along with mine. I can't believe I am going to see him again! I quickly tapped reply.
" I'm so proud of you! You moved to Orlando! Got your dream job! And you get a good salary! Wow! And yes, I know...
Who would've thought! The Luke Bryan! What can I say? Life is crazy! Yes, I am on tour with Luke, its great. I can't get enough! You won't believe who else is with me on tour, you'll find out. I can't wait to see you in Orlando!

I put my phone number down. Then shut my computer and went out and sat out in the living room. I was watching T.V when Luke walked in with a sack, he saw me and smiled.
"Good morning, babe." Luke said smiling and grabbing my hand.
"Good morning." I said grabbing the sack, which I assumed was food. He laughed when I made a face.
"Donuts!" I said laughing.
"Your favorite." He said. Kicking his shoes off. I handed him a donut and he thanked me. There was milk in there too. I was about to take a donut when Luke grabbed it.
"What!?"
"Let's go eat on the balcony." Luke helped me up and led me out to the balcony. We sat down and he handed me my donut.
"Thanks." I said taking a bite.
"Your welcome." Luke said with a mouth full of donut.
"What are we doing today?" I asked looking out over the trees. Luke managed to get us a beautiful view of the woods behind the hotel. Carter and the band had rooms on the other side, so they had to view of the pool.
"Well..." Luke said. "I was thinking we could go back to Mama's house, see how that goes. Then if that goes good, we can hang our there. After I'm going to take you to my escape." He said smiling, then taking another huge bite basically finishing his donut.

"That sounds good, what time do we have to be back at the buses?" I asked.
"12:00." He said choking down the bite.

"Sounds fun." I said. " We should probably get going then. " I got up and helped Luke up. We took a shower and I slipped on cut-offs and my Luke Bryan t-shirt. I walked out of the bathroom and Luke was walking around in his boxer-briefs.

"Is that what you're wearing today?" I giggled.

"Yup." He said. He turned around and I couldn't 't help but blush. I quickly turned around not wanting Luke to notice. But with my luck, he caught on. I heard him laugh so I tried to run into the bathroom but I felt Luke's arms wrap around me, he closed the bathroom door so he could see me through the mirror on the back. "Why are you blushing?" He whispered into my ear, but I could tell he had a smirk. I looked down again.
