Chapter 12

Luke POV
Alene finally fell asleep, ugh, I can't take this no more. I can't believe it. I just want to punch something, but I hope they consider my idea better. I really hope they do cause then I would die if they don't. I'll just sleep on it I guess.
But before I could even close my eyes my phone goes off. WTH!?
I answer it annoyed.
"What?"
"Sorry for calling late but We don't think she is good enough."
Im pissed off right now.
I start to yell whisper
"What do you mean, she is good enough! She is more perfect and, better than some other snob that would like a kiss. I don't want her! I want Alene & that's final!"
"Well, I'm sorry but you don't do it, you will lose people's interest & you won't have a video."
"Name one reason why Alene can't do it. Its just one thing!"
"Exactly! It's just one thing with the girl."
"I said NO!"
"Well then we don't have a video. Your call."
"It's late, I'm pissed off, I'm going to sleep." & without another word I hung up & shut my eyes quickly.

*Morning in the Bus*
I woke up to Alene on top of me kissing down my neck to wake me up.
"mmhhmm, I could get use to waking up like this, that's for sure." I said in my groggy morning voice as Alene giggles.
"Good morning Sleepyhead. Your phone keeps ringing every 15-20 mins. You should call whoever is calling because I think they are pissed by now." She whispers
I groaned
"I don't want to talk to anyone but you today."

"Because I don't want our relationship to go down hill" I thought.

She giggled again & stood up & started leaving the room
"Well breakfast is ready."

I got up & walked to the kitchen & sat at the table where a cup of coffee was already waiting for me.

"What do you want to do today?" I asked as we will be leaving tomorrow instead to our next destination.

"I'm not sure, what is there to do around here? This is your hometown" she smiled as she set my plate in front of me.

"Well there's many things......." I ate a bite of my pancake "........like the mall, the water park, going mudding, lake fishing, hunting."

"Well, maybe we can go mudding?" She asked

"It's all up to......." I was cut off by my phone dinging as a text message. I opened it up & it was from my buddy Ryan.
*Hey Luke, are you still in the area?*

*Yea, Why?*

*Because we are having a Bonfire with all the buddies Noah, Sam, & Kyle & others just like old times at our usual spot. You can bring whoever you want.*

"Hey baby, how do you feel like going to a bonfire?" I asked Alene as I looked at her from my phone.

"That sounds wonderful."

"Alright, we'll tell Carter & Sofia when we see them."

"Ok."

So I text Ryan we will be there.

*Sounds good, what time?"

*Awesome, & Same time as always*

*7:30 pm got it. See all y'all later, just like old times*

*Just like Old Times, alright Bye.*

Well while we wait for 7:30 pm it's still, 9:58 am.

"Ok, well I was saying that we can go mudding if that's what you want." I finished my food & put the dish in the sink.

"Ok!" Alene cheered as she too placed her plate in the sink.
I chuckled as a hugged her & gave her a sweet kiss. I can't believe they won't let me put Alene in the video. I don't even want to make this stupid video, but they said if I don't then I'll lose interest in people.
