Also, for the people that are wondering, it took me so long to make the last chapter because of my keyboard needing to have replacement Blue switches since I spilt water all over my keyboard, that's why and it took like 1 ½ weeks to get back to work! Sorry about that!
After accepting his offer, he admitally gave me a bear-like hug covering most to all of my body. It was very soothing and I really took a liking to the hugs and such.
"So, want to go to the shop right now or later? It's your call." Zap murmured while he clears his throat.
"Well, we can go right now, I won't mind." I replied while trying to keep myself calm
It's hard to keep yourself calm when you are about to explore a new world, including with a new friend makes it a lot more interesting, I couldn't wait to get to go out with him.
"Lets go inside first, I need to get ready for this little trip." Zap remarked with a bit of a smile on his face as he opened up the door
I went up and walked in, he soon followed after. I soon located Cyber.
"Hey Cyber, me and Zap are going to be out for a bit if you don't mind." I revealed to her
"Oh, I don't mind. You will be safe with Zap, just don't get yourself in trouble!" Cyber replied with a hyper additude
She gave me a bit of a bear hug and most shocking to me, a kiss right on the forehead. I knew they had tongues and openible jaws, but never an actual what felt like a pair of lips on my forehead. I grabbed a snack from atop of the fridge and waited for Zap to get finished with what he needed to do.
He soon came out with a bar of chocolate and was wearing some sort of cloak, I didn't recognize him at first but his synth like voice gave it away. He handed it to me with a bit of a smile.
"I think we are ready." Zap commented while with his usual smile
"Yeah, I think so too." I responded
I did a bit of a stretch as he waved his arm in a follow me fashion, he soon walked me out as he pulled out a key fob that was for a Dodge Caravan. I was a bit confused, did he have a van?
"Hold my hand real quickly." Zap said with a smirk
I was kinda hesitant at first due to the possibilities but soon realized why should someone just betray me after protecting me. I soon held his hand as he pressed down on the unlocked button as my body was soon engulfed in a white beam as I witnessed my body vaporized in the matter of seconds. My vision soon came back and I was in this futuristic house.
"Nice house." I forwarded to Zap
"Oh, this is not a house, this is a spaceship, but thanks anyways." Zap responded with a closed eyes expression.
It took me a couple minutes to register what Zap said, I knew that this new life form was very much complex and more advanced than humans but not to that point that they are making spaceships. I started to explore around his ship. Zap was following me throughout my whole venture, I guess he doesn't fully trust me around his ship just yet.
"You like it here?" Question Zap
"Yeah, so what time are we going to the stores?" I responded
"Very soon, don't worry we just need to find a place to go to. Ideally one that is not runned by the N.O.A. We don't need to cause us to be in hot water."
Zap went to a hologram and started searching for stores, while he was doing that I started to explore the ship till I saw a door that had the markings with an arcade on it. I opened the door and I was in awe, all cabit games ranging from Pacman to Polybius were there. I don't honestly know how he even got his hands on most of them since some of them are extremely rare and collectable or even unobtainable. Well, I shouldn't really question a powerful being.
I looked around as they all had the free play setting turned on, I proceeded to play a bit of Galaga till I felt a tap on my shoulder, I turned around and it was Zap.
"Hey, I finally found somewhere that isn't affiliated." He said with a bit of a smile like always.
Once I heard those words come out of his mouth, I thought I would never move away from a video game that fast in my life.I honestly want to get to know Zap and how the environment around me is. Zap giggled at me, I guess it was because of me admitally he just goes to his attention.
"Just because I am a war veteran doesn't mean you have to treat me like a sarge." He said with his usual smile.
"I know. I am just excited to go somewhere else and get to know the area." I said to him while scratching my head.
"Well let's get goin!" He announced while running to across the room.
After part 2, improvements to the story will happen with my new disposal of writing tools.
