Sophie open the door and of course she wasn't ready. She let out a deep breath and looked at him. "Good morning, Alfred. Come in." She turn around immediately to run back to the nursery where she was fighting previously with William to dress him. "If you pull the sock out again I'll send you to grandpa i swear." She narrow her eyes and Will giggled watching her pissed and she couldn't help but chuckle over his face. Lyla saw Alfie from the hallway and crawl down from the bed and went straight to greet him raising up her hands so he'll pick her up.

"Up up.." she mumbled.

"Hello, luv," he smiled and kissed her cheek. "Ya 'bout to go and greet ya new doctor in ya pajamas? That is very bold and original, luv, but I think, they won't appreciate ya pj's with… mouse or whatever this ugly monster is, yeh?" He chuckled and laid her on bed. He took clothes, that Sophie gave him and helped her to dress Lyla. "Now ya like a princess, luv," he sniggered and took her on his hands. He saw even Sophie being in her night dress and cleared his throat. "If ya give ma address, I can take them to doc and came for ya for that... club for babies," he offered.

"No, Alfred. I need to meet him too. Our former doctor left to Boston and she suggested him and i never met him before so i need to come." She said in rush and finally William was ready too. "Keep him for a moment I'm going to change and I'll be right back."

He took Will and Lyla on his hands and went with them to living room. "See that big black car? We'll take a ride with it, yeh? Ya ever rode in car?" He asked and hissed, once Lyla pulled his beard again. "Easy now, luv."

Soon Sophie came too put only jeans and white shirt and took her bag. "Ok I'm ready." She took at least William on her hands and they went to put them on the car. She gave him the address and soon they arrived outside the building. "Hello, I'm Sophie O'Sullivan. We have an appointment with Dr. Spencer." She said to the girl on the lobby.

"Yes, Mrs O'Sullivan, doctor will be available very soon. Please take a seat we'll call you in." She said politely and Sophie sat next to Alfie and the kids on the waiting room.

"So what will happen now? Guess he won't ask to check on their blood pressure and suggests prostate check up, eh?" He snorted and Lyla on his lap giggled. "Yeh, daddy is old man, luv."

"No,i told you they'll get vaccination." Sophie turn to see him once and looked at her front. Many people around with their kids waiting along and William already slip down to play with another girl on his age who was waiting with her mom next to them.

"Ya won't go and play, luv?" He turned to look at Lyla, who was again occupied rolling his chain on her fingers. "Next time, yeh?" he smirked.

"The doctor can see you now." The receptionist said to them showing the doctors door. Sophie took William from the hand and they walked inside. They handshake with the doctor and Sophie showed him both of the babies examinations they did before and vaccination history.

"Please, sit here." The doctor beckons Alfie who was holding Lyla. "It's alright sweetheart just a small bee will stink our hand and she'll fly away quickly." He said trying to calm Lyla who was already restless on Alfie's hands trying to hide on his jacket.

With small groan Alfie sat down and caressed Lyla's back. "Ya scared, luv?" He smiled, lowering his head to her. "It's alright, luv. Now this gentleman will see, if ya healthy girl, yeh? I know, I don't like doctors either. No offense, doc, right," he looked at man. "How about he gave me small stink too? Ya want to see him givin' me stink too?" He offered his arm and doctor pretended to give him vaccination. "Hurts like a bitch, but I made it, yeh? Now ya turn, luv," he said and doctor furrowed his brows a bit, but then he took Lyla's hand and gave her vaccination to her arm. "That's me girl," Alfred stood up, once Lyla started to sob and wrapped her arms around his neck. "Good girl, we made it, right?" He cooed and she calmed down eventually, sucking on her thumb.
