Hello fellow nerdlings,
Sorry that there was no chapter last week but I decided to re-write it, then I lost my paper copy at school somewhere so I had to re-write it a second time... THEN my laptop shit itself and I had to get it repaired and only got it back yesterday... So yea...Please excuse the delay...(urgh what a week)
Anyways, hope you enjoy the chapter and have a fantabulous day ^_^
OH! And you know how I said I would be updating every Monday (Even though todays Wednesday :\)... Make that every second Monday for now... I have exams coming up that I really need to study for and I don't have time to write as much anymore... When holidays come around, I'll be back to every week... For now, Once a Fortnight!
Thanks for the understanding ^w^

"Oh thank goodness you're ok!" Dan had opened the door to the apartment as Phil managed to shuffle into view with dark bags forming under his eyes. It's definitely a lot more noticeable since his skin is quite pale. A yawn escaped his lips as he rubbed his eyes, an annoyed frown forming across his forehead.
Dan gives a displeased sigh before pushing past the sleepy being and straight into what I assumed was the kitchen, leaving me with Phil and his angered glare.
"Where have you been? It's almost midnight! We-- well... I've been worried... " Phil's frown softened and turned into a look more resemblance to disappointment and sadness.
"I'm fine... really... I just went for a walk and nothing happened... I'm really sorry to worry you.." I manage to get out, feeling guilty for putting Phil through any discomfort.
"It's ok... just please don't do it again this late..." Phil offered a gentle smile as he once again gave a small yawn.
"Phil, she's fine... You're starting to sound like her father or something..." A slight smirk slid onto Dan's face as he walked back towards the conversation, speaking through a mouth of chips... or should I say 'Crisps'...
"No I don't! I was just concerned... We've literally had her here for a couple of hours and I was scared that we'd already scared her off..." a soft pink hue spread cross Phil's cheeks as he eyed the ground beneath him.
"Trust me... you're nothing like my father..." I half laugh thinking back to the times when my own dad would be ready to whoop my ass when I would be out too late. "I'm glad you're concerned about me but trust me... You can't get rid of me that easily..."
Dan chuckles and somewhat pats me on the head, and with the height difference, I'm sure it was an amusing sight. "It's ok Phil, we can keep her on a leash"
Phil giggles through a yawn before turning and beginning to walk off "I'll get one in the morning, for now, I'm going to bed..."
"I can't tell if he's joking or in his sleep deprived state that he thought you were being serious." I say, smirking up at Dan as Phil manages to make it to his room.
"I'm really hoping the first option but... Phil's always wanted a pet..." I nudge Dan in the side with my elbow before going off to my door. "Nighty night Dan, I'm going to try and kill the Jet Lag"
"I'm having the negative effects of sleeping all day... now I'm not even tired... Imma go browse... Goodnight" And that was the last of Dan as he waddled into his cave of a room until the late hours of the morning.
I managed to get changed into some comfier clothes and shuffle into bed. And, of course, this is when the swirling thoughts hit me. I can't be the only person that once their hits the pillow they start thinking of crazy ideas or scenarios that may never happen or be true but you never know for certain. Why did it have to hit when I'm so sleep deprived.
