Chapter 39- Hugs

The next morning

Taehyun and Beomgyu woke up early, too early for them. 6:30 to be exact. They quickly got out of bed and into Beomgyu's car, not bothering to take off their pajamas.

"You really think Kai is ok, hyung?" Taehyun asked on their way to his apartment.

"Yes, I do. You should too. I don't want you to worry so much, I'm sure he's ok. Only thing is I don't know about Soobin hyung. He looked really upset and distraught."

"Should I call Yeonjun hyung and ask how he's doing? Are they even awake?"

"They should be awake, but yeah give them a call."

The blonde pulled out his phone and pressed on 'Yeonjun hyung:]'

"Hi Taehyun. What's up?"

"Nothing much hyung, just going to Beomgyu's house to get dressed and ready for class. How's Soobin hyung?"

"We'll he's doing alright for the most part. He's been crying a lot but he knows it wasn't his fault. I gave him a bath last night and he went to sleep right after. He must've been drained."

"Will he be going to school?"

"He's an A+ student with only 1 absence despite everything. I'm sure he's going Taehyun, don't worry."

"Ok hyung, see you then."

Taehyun hung up and put his phone back in his pocket.

"How is he?" Beomgyu asked.

"Yeonjun hyung said he's doing alright. He's been crying a lot but he got a good night's sleep so I think he should be going to school."

"And how did you sleep?"

"Ah well..good. I dreamt that you said I love you, it made me happy. What about you?"

Taehyun made that up. He didn't "dream" about it. It was real life.

"Oh- good too..it made you happy?"

"Yeah, you called me princess too."

Taehyun could tell Beomgyu was gonna crack soon.

"Ah so you do like princess?"

"Well obviously hyung, I'm your princess. Being your anything makes me happy, you know that right?" Taehyun said, putting his hand on Beomgyu's thigh. The older suddenly alerted by the sudden movement.

"I know that now, thanks Hyunnie. And uh..what am I?"

"My prince of course. What else would you be?"

Taehyun squeezed Beomgyu's thigh, the older blushing and flustered.

"Oh look, we're here. Do you want me to pick you up?" Beomgyu said, ignoring what Taehyun said.

"Na, it's ok. I'll just take the bus. Thanks tho hyung. See you at school."

Taehyun unbuckled his seatbelt and opened the door, attempting to get out when Beomgyu grabbed his wrist.

"Where are you going?" The older asked.

"Uhh home??"

"And my kiss goodbye?"

"Got it, you're clingy."

Taehyun leaned in and gave him a quick kiss on the lips, keeping it soft and innocent.
