Chapter 41- Unexpected Guest

*yeah.. I'm back.*

The pair stayed in an embrace for a good minute or two before the older pulled away.

"You seemed to have missed me a lot, Hyunnie."

Taehyun scratched his nape(the back of his neck)

"Uh yeah..I did. A lot. More than I should have honestly. I don't know, we're still in the honeymoon phase I guess. Now let's go eat~"

Taehyun grabbed Beomgyu's hand and walked them into their home.

After dinner, they went to the living room to watch a movie to Beomgyu's request.

Taehyun was wrapped in the arms of the older, his back facing Beomgyu's chest.

It was odd.

10 minutes into the movie, Taehyun fell asleep. Again.

It didn't bother the brunette, but it made him wonder why he was so tired. They hadn't walked for much and they just had dinner. Shouldn't he be energized?

"Maybe you're sick, Hyunnie. Are you sick, princess?" Beomgyu asked as if Taehyun would answer, looking down at his sleeping face.

"No he's fine~ you're just a lazy goof right Hyun?"

Beomgyu tried his best to not wake Taehyun as he tried getting off the couch, the younger groaning in return and his eyes fluttering. 

He shrugged it off and decided to sleep on the couch too. 

They both forgot Kai asked to have Taehyun back before 11. It was nearly 9 and the only thing that could wake them is their alarms but tomorrow was Saturday. No school, no alarm(as it should be)

They slept for hours. Kai frantically messaged both Taehyun and Beomgyu, wondering where his roommate could be. Neither of them answered him, that is until the next morning when they woke up.

ring ring ring ring ring

The sound of Taehyuns phone woke them up, noticing the caller id as their eyes adjusted to the sudden sunlight.

'Hyuka~'

"Oh crap..well fell asleep last night and didn't tell him anything." Taehyun said to the older, nervously answering.

"Hi Kai.."

'Taehyun hyung, where are you? Are you with Beomgyu hyung?'

"Yes, sorry for not letting you know. We fell asleep- well I fell asleep and soon after Beomgyu hyung did too. Were you worried?"

'Of course I was worried, but you were with Beomgyu hyung so I knew you were safe. He's treated you like his boyfriend from the start, I think he's always had a crush on you. He talked about you a lot at school and nagged us to meet you. Of course Yeonjun and Soobin hyung didn't go, they were and still are, too busy being disgustingly in love, and I was struggling with accepting who I was, but here we are.'

Taehyun, in a bit of shock, stayed silent. I mean, would you have expected that answer from a "are you worried?"

'Why so silent hyung? Surprised by how wholesome and cute I am? You should be used to it by now Tae, it's honestly weird how you're not. Anyway, I'll leave you but come home soon, I miss you."

"Will do. See you in a bit."

Taehyun smiled and faced the older, frowning.

"Hyung, I have to go home. Kai wants me back. I actually should've gone home yesterday, but we fell asleep. Care to drive me there?"
