(okay let's just pretend nailea likes vinnie and she's a bitch)

it's a normal chill saturday, i'm laying in bed with vinnie and we're cuddling. i scroll on my for you page, liking almost every tiktok i see before stumbling across one of vinnie and nailea. they're good friends, really good friends to the point that people have started to ship them.

i click 'not interested' on the tiktok and scroll down to see another one.

"ninnie? that's your ship name?" i turn around to face him, pulling my lip between my teeth.

"my followers are crazy" vinnie pulls me back into his arms, placing a kiss to my forehead.

"yup" i agree and shut my phone off.

"give me a kiss" vinnie mumbles, leaning in to kiss me. his soft, warm lips push mine apart, his tongue delving into my mouth. i moan into his mouth, his lips curving up into a smile as he pulls me onto his lap.

i straddle his waist, tugging at his hair. he groans, biting his lip and i feel his erection grow underneath me.

his phone vibrates through his pocket, and he groans and slips it out.

"it's nai" he texts her back and smiles at his phone.

"fuck" he lifts me off of his lap and stands up.

"she wants me to come over for something"

"it can't wait? i really need you right now" i put my shirt back on, gazing up at him. he shakes his head and slips his shoes on.

"i'm sorry, i'll be back soon" he leans in to kiss my forehead before leaving and scoff to myself.

two hours pass, i lay in bed bored out of mind and i decide to go on tiktok again.

i go onto vinnie's account, then seeing a video of vinnie and nailea pop up. they used the sound 'two best friends in a room, they might kiss'

his comments are filled with 'doesn't he have a girlfriend?' and 'they'd be such a cute couple'

i screw my eyes shut, not wanting to watch them two anymore.

i'm not crazy right? it's clear she likes him, but i know vinnie would never, ever betray me like that.

a few hours later, vinnie stumbles in with nailea, they're laughing with alcohol bottles in hand.

"baby!" vinnie kisses me harshly, the smell of strong beer invades my nose.

"where have you been?" i ask him, and nailea smiles at me and sits at the edge of vinnie's bed.

"at the bar, nai is such a lightweight!" he chuckles, nudging her side.

"shutup vin" she flips her hair over he shoulder, moving closer to vinnie. i watch as the laugh and chat amongst themselves.

"you mind if nai stays the night? we were gonna watch a few movies" i shake my head as nailea and vinnie sit on either side of me, and i am squashed up in the middle.

they talk throughout the whole movie, whispering things into each other's ears until i decide i've had enough.

"vinnie i need to talk to you" i blurt out, and he narrows his eyes.

"okay, go ahead"

"i mean alone" he tilts his head to the side in confusion.

"i can go to the bathroom?" she suggests, before standing up and walking out.

"what the fuck vin? she clearly likes you, and you're not even doing anything about it!"

"what? nai doesn't like me, what are you talking about?"

"how are you so blind sometimes?"

"wait... you're not jealous are you? you have nothing to be jealous about y/n! we're just friends, i promise" he smiles up at me, and i sigh out.

"if you don't want nailea to stay over, i can tell her to leave" he suggests and i shake my head.

"no, it's okay. i'm just gonna go home" i jump up and vinnie pulls me back.

"why, i want you to stay? please?"

"i have stuff to do at home" i lie, grabbing my stuff.

"oh okay, i'll call you tomorrow" vinnie kisses my forehead, letting his lips linger there for a while

"i love you" he mutters

"bye vin" i reply, watching as his face falls before walking out.

i lay in bed, thinking about nailea and vinnie. surely vinnie would never cheat on me, right? i'm probably just being paranoid... and maybe i'm a little jealous of the fact that everyone ships them more than they ship him and i. i decide to just brush it off, before drifting into sleep.

i arrive at vinnie's house, his brother tells me he's upstairs so i head up.

i push the door open, to see vinnie and nailea, locking lips.

i feel tears well up in my eyes as vinnie pulls away, finally noticing me there.
