Shigaraki looked over at Dabi to see him sleeping. Shigaraki was amazed at how he slept anywhere and almost all the time. He was confused about how the demon could be that tired they'd gone to bed late last night but Dabi had slept on the bus and now at his desk. Shigaraki nudged Dabi's shoulder with his own trying to wake up the demon. Dabi didn't move he was still asleep Shigaraki tried shaking him roughly nothing. Shigaraki didn't know-how the scared male could sleep through that he must be a really deep sleeper. Shigaraki was convinced a bomb could go off and Dabi would sleep through it peacefully. The teen remembered how he'd woken Dabi up that morning he'd shoved him off the bed. So, he had to try harder huh? Pain seemed like the only thing that would wake the demon up. Shigaraki reached under Dabi's desk to not get caught by the teacher he pinched Dabi's arm hoping to get him to wake up.
"What the hell!" Dabi yelled as he woke up finally to Shigaraki's relief. The demon glared at Shigaraki for waking him up. "What did you do that for?" He asked.
"You fell asleep again," Shigaraki said Dabi didn't seem amused by his answer.
"So, what's the problem with it?" Dabi asked confused.
"You can't fall asleep in school," Shigaraki explained.
"Fuck school," Dabi said he sounded angry now.
"As much as I agree you can get in trouble for falling asleep."
"You think these mere peasants can even wound me?" Dabi said he puffed out his chest in pride at knowing he could kill everyone in the room.
'Cocky bastard.' Shigaraki thought the demon seemed to have an ego at times.
"Why do you sleep all the time anyway?" Shigaraki asked curiously Dabi slept a little too much to be considered normal. He could just fall asleep almost anywhere at any time he wanted.
"When I got transported here it took a lot of power. It must have exhausted my body because I always feel tired." Dabi explained.
"Oh, sorry then but I don't want you getting in trouble so, you have to stay awake," Shigaraki said the demon nodded.
"It's fine but I can't promise it won't happen again," Dabi said he felt incredibly tired but he fought it to stay awake.
"What are we talking about boys!" Toga said interrupting their conversation Shigaraki jumped in surprise forgetting she was there. Shigaraki hoped she hadn't been listening because he didn't want to explain demons or accidental summoning. She grinned at Shigaraki jumping. Shigaraki guessed she got some kind of weird joy out of it. Shigaraki didn't think he'd ever understood Toga but that was okay for him since he wasn't normal by society standards either.
"Nothing," Dabi said annoyed that their conversation had been interrupted by Toga.
"Come on tell me!" She whined Dabi almost set her on fire then he found her highly annoying.
"No," Shigaraki said trying to the other teen to give up.
"But Tomu-" Toga started to whine but got cut off by Shigaraki.
"I said no!" He shouted a little louder than he intended. Everyone in the room turned to look at Shigaraki embarrassed he turned to look at the wall which looked way more fascinating right now. Dabi only grinned at his embarrassment while Toga looked disappointed at being told no.
"Shigaraki stop yelling!" Present Mic the English teacher scolded Shigaraki.
'Like you're one to talk hypocrite.' Shigaraki thought to himself. After that class went on quietly thankfully for Shigaraki.
Sorry for the short chapter I'm out of it right now. It's been a long week for me and it's going to be an even longer one this week. I'll try to work on some chapters though while I'm gone to make up for the lost time. I also made a new story called Scream Our Lungs Out check it out if you want.
