Thanksgiving part 1

Finally. Thanksgiving.

My mom finally got her pilots license and moved into a condo with her boyfriend. But of course she HAS to go out of town as soon as I come back.

So I made a stupid decision. I allowed Ellie to pressure me into another Joyner trip to Hawaii. We did this junior year and it was great but this were more simple times.
Vinnie, Malina, Charlie, Casey and Sienna took a plane to Hawaii and I really wish I weren't here.

It was expensive as shit.

This is my first time seeing Charlie since the incident with Rudy. He sat next to Sienna which is weird because I don't remember them ever being this close.
The last few days have been super weird, she's always busy with something. She and Charlie are laughing like a couple of horny children in a movie theater. What the fuck was going on between them?

Yale: Hey could you two keep it down? My daughter's trying to sleep.
Sienna: Yeah. Sorry Yale.

Oh god. Here it comes.

I shoved past Charlie and ran into airport bathroom.

When I got back, everyone was staring at me like I was crazy.

Vinnie: Yale... I didn't know you had motion sickness.

Vinnie knew I was pregnant but he and Mal were the only ones. He just HAD to tell her because they can't keep secrets from each other. It's sweet... I'm envious but I think it's sweet.

Sienna: Are you alright?
Yale: Yeah I'm great. You guys ready to go?
Owen: Um.. sure. Glad you aren't pregnant again.
Malina: Ha! Pregnant!

Vinnie gave her a 'are you insane' look.

Yale: Let's just go. I'm exhausted.
Owen: Guys this is Pierre. He's like the driver dude or whatever.

When we arrived at Owen's Hawaii residence it reminded me of the first time I came here.

Vinnie: Imagine how different we would be if we had grown up with shit like this.
Yale: We'd be snobbier.
Ellie: I heard that.

Ellie, Maitreyi, Will, Stue and Rose hoped out of the house with bright smiles plastered over their faces.
They hugged us like they didn't just see us a few weeks ago.

Owen: Alright rooms. I get my own of course cause IM IN CHARGE. But there's only 6 rooms sooo.
Vinnie: Well me and Mal will share.
Rose: Me and Stue will do the same.
Owen: That leaves 4 rooms...
Ellie: I'll share with Mai.
Maitreyi: I'm down.
Owen: Will I guess I'll allow you to bunk with me. Charlie I can't stay with you, you snore too much Ik sorry.
Charlie: Asshole. Sienna you wanna bunk with me?
Yale: Well I thought Sienna would be staying with me?
Sienna: Yeah but you have a daughter and all, I wouldn't want to get in the way..

Sooo talking and giggling all of the time, sleeping together? There's something going on.

Yale: Fine.

I dragged Casey upstairs along with her suitcase leaving my stuff downstairs. I'll come back for it later.

I was sitting in my room messing around with Casey's blonde locks.
Vinnie really blessed her with some gorgeous hair.
I heard a knock at the door.

Owen: Hey Yale.
Yale: Hi.
Owen: We're going out.
Yale: Okay have fun.
Owen: No I'm inviting you to come with.
Yale: Sure. If whatever club you're going to has a babysitter, I'm totally down!

Owen rolled his eyes at my sarcasm.

Owen: Will and Mai are staying home. They said they were tired.
Yale: Tired? From what?
Owen: Who knows.
Yale: I don't know...
Maitreyi: Pleaaase? We barely get to spend time with her!
Yale: Exactly so you don't know how to deal with her needs.
Will: She'll be fine. I promise. I used to babysit my little brother all of the time. I'm amazing with kids.
Yale: I don't know....
Will: Come on!
Yale: Fine. I swear if one thing goes wrong, I'm never speaking to either of you again. Get out so I can change!
