AS THE THREE OF THEM MADE THEIR WAY up the steep hill that lead them to the centre of the small town, The Doctor gawking at Amy the entire time. Reese couldn't help but laugh lightly at the gobsmacked look that had stayed on his face since the redhead had revealed her true identity.

"You're Amelia." He sputtered.

"And you're late." Amy retorted angrily.

"Amelia Pond, you're the little girl." The Doctor repeated.

"I'm Amelia and you're late."

"What happened?"

Amy looked at him in annoyance. "Twelve years."

"You hit me with a cricket bat." The Raggedy Man complained, his lips pulled into a frown.

Pulling her skirt down slightly as she scoffed, Amy shook her head. "Twelve years!" The ginger then looked over to Reese and pointed The Doctor in her direction. "Plus, the cricket bat was her, not me."

Reese put her hands up in defense as The Doctor then turned his head to face her, looking all types of offended at the fact she'd knocked him out so harshly.

"I thought you were a burglar!" Reese defended herself. "What else was I supposed to do?"

He continued to gape at her. "Um, perhaps not violently whack me across the head with a cricket bat," he suggested sarcastically. "That would have been nice."

Rolling her eyes, the Williams girl came to a stop in front of Amy and The Doctor. "Well, that's just too bad isn't it?" She goaded him. "Anyways, I did it for Ames. Like she said, twelve years, it's quite bad that you made her wait that long for you to come back."

Obviously, Reese had no idea what the real identity of this man was when she used said cricket bat on him, but he didn't need to know that.

Amy, who looked appreciative of her blonde friend backing her up, nodded along. "Yeah, exactly!" She chimed back in. "Twelve years, and four psychiatrists!"
