Special Guests in France Part 1

10 year old Oliva, Nick, Kit, and Sara were sitting on the floor of Violet and Duncan's living room. They were playing a Candy Land with 7 year old Larry and 5 year old Leo. Violet, Duncan, Klaus, Izzie, and Quigley walked into the living room and said they had an announcement.

Duncans POV.

Me and Violet had just decided that we were going to take the triplets to France next week. They didn't know and we wanted it to be a surprise. The trip was going to be a birthday celebration for their 11th birthdays. When we were originally planning the trip Klaus, Izzie, and Quigley said they couldn't come, but apparently their schedules got changed. Sunny and Bea said they would meet us there but had to leave a day after because of their school. Sunny is now 17 and Bea is 15. We were going into the living room to tell them about the trip.

"Kids, we have an announcement." Violet said in a flat tone, not giving away anything.

"Olivia, Nick, Kit, next week is your birthday so we're going to France!" I said this really excitedly. The triplets thanked us one thousand times and took turns giving us hugs.

"There's more." Isadora started. "Were all going!!" This made Sara, Larry and Leo jump up and down. Once everything settled down we talked about flights and hotels. Izzie, Klaus, and Quigley had to pay extra to get rooms for there family because it was short notice, but to them it didn't matter, they had both the Baudelaire and Quagmire fortune, well Violet and Duncan did, but either way, they had a lot of money.

Violet Pov

They got to the airport that Friday. Violet, Duncan, Quigley, the triplets, and Larry, were sitting in first class, there weren't enough seats left so Klaus, Isadora, Sara, and Leo sat in business class.

Me and Duncan were in the first row, across from them were Olivia and Kit. Behind me was Nick and Larry. Quigley sat with some girl who he didn't know (But I had a suspicion that she did.)

"Duncan?" Violet whispered

"Yes." He whispered, a little confused.

"That girl Quigley is sitting with, her name is Fiona, me and Klaus meet her once, we worked on her submarine."

"Oh, thats cool, was she nice."

"A little too nice," I started, not wanting him to be upset at my brother, "She kissed Klaus when we left to search for the sugar bowl and found you guys."

"He kissed that girl and kissed my sister that same day!" He said this a little too loudly. Everyone in first class looked at us.

"Violet?" Fiona said

"Fiona!" I said trying to sound surprised, but it ended up sounding condescending.

"I see you've been busy after quitting the V.F.D." She said this as she looked at Duncan and then my kids. My girls bore a remarkable resemblance to me and each other so it was obvious that they were mine. Nick looked alot like Duncan, but almost looked more like Quigley, with the hair and eyes. But still you could tell they were all my family.

"Heh, ya" I said, trying to sound friendly. " This is my husband Duncan Quagmire and these are my children, Olivia, Kit, and Nick."

"I see you named the girls after dead heroes." She said "So how's your brother." She said, ''I'm a little too interested. As if he was on que, Klaus came up to our seats and asked for his earplugs. He grabbed them, then he looked like something had clicked in his brain.

"Fiona?" He asked nervously.

"Hi Klaus, long time no see."

"Ya it's been too long" He said this while looking down, he seemed confused on what to do. Again, as if on cue, Isadora walked up.

"Quigley, did you bring an extra shirt for Larry, Leo just spilled juice all down his shirt." She noticed Fiona then, and even though she didn't know this girl, she didn't like the way that she was looking at him. "Klaus" she said with her arm around him, " Who's this."

"Uh, Izzie, this is Fiona, an old friend, Fiona, this is Isadora, My wife." He said this, trying to keep his lunch in his stomach. He never thought he would have to see this girl again.
