Maddie's POV
"I missed you so much," Luke smiles against my lips, pulling me onto his lap. The two of us are cuddled up under a blanket on the living room couch.
"I'm just happy you are home again," I run my fingers through his hair, reaching up to press my lips lightly against his. "I was getting tired of sleeping alone."
Luke chuckles, his arms wrapping around my waist and pulling me against his warm chest, intertwining our legs. He kisses the top of my head, then my forehead, and my nose, making me scrunch my eyes and giggle. "Sorry our flight came in so late."
"Isn't 2 a.m. past your bedtime?" I laugh against his lips, slipping my cold hands into the pocket of his hoodie to get warm.
"I'm jetlagged. You are the one who should be tired, it is almost 3," his fingers trace soft circles on my head.
The front door opens, Michael walking through with a smile plastered across his face. "Hey Maddie!" He smiles, patting me on the head as he walks by. "You know you missed me," he teases as he strips down to his pokemon boxers and a t-shirt.
"Of course I missed you Mikey," I watch him throw his clothes on the other side of the room, "and your messes." He sticks his tongue out at me, breaking into laughter. "How was Grace's house?" I ask him.
"Good," he giggles, "She didn't want her parents to know I came over in the middle of the night because, well, I haven't really met them yet, but I know they are strict, so she snuck out the back door and we went for a walk and got ice cream and made out a little in the dark."
"How romantic," I laugh as Mikey smiles to himself, going in his room and plopping down on his bed.
Luke rests his head on top of mine, the tv is set on low, playing whatever late night show was running at this time. My arms were wrapped around him as he rubs my back, tracing circles, making my eyes start to droop.
"I've missed watching you fall asleep," he kisses my forehead.
"What a creep," I whisper with a smile, my eyes fluttering shut. Luke rests his cheek against the top of my head and pulls me closer. He brushes a piece of hair out of my face and whispers goodnight.
Sometime during my sleep, my dreams were interupted by a sharp pain in my foot. My eyes shoot open, only to see Luke biting the corner of his lip, looking down at me. "Sorry babe, you're okay, just go back to sleep," he whispers. I finally come into enough conciousnes to realize he was carrying me to bed. The clumsy idiot must've banged my foot against the wall.
"My bad, just close your eyes," Luke whispers, turning into my room and laying me down softly on the bed. He slides in next to me, pulling the covers over us and pulling me against his chest, nuzzling his chin in the crevice of my shoulder. "Goodnight, I love you," he whispers before we both fall asleep.

I awoke to my phone buzzing, a dim darkness still filled the room where Luke and I lay. I yawn, reaching slowly to grab my phone without waking Luke who was still holding onto my waist. The flashing screen showed Ashton's name.
"Ash?" I whisper into the reciever.
"Madds!" He cheers loudly, making my sleepy self wince. "Ready for our Saturday breakfast?"
"It's six in the morning Ash," I groan, closing my eyes and resting the phone against my cheek.
"I know," he giggles excitedly, "but this is a special breakfast so rise and shine baby."
"Did you just call me baby?" I giggle softly.
"It was a joke," Ashton mumbles. "I'll pick you up in ten minutes."
