Chopla 31: Perfect

Daniella's POV

"God I hate hospitals with a burning passion" I muttered as we all went out the front door. They're finally letting me go after two weeks.

"We won't be back for a long while" Delilah said happily, I smiled.

"That is very true" I nodded.

"Good. Hospitals are expensive" Mitch noted. I punched his arm and he just laughed. I climbed into the back of the car with Delilah behind me.

I let out a breath. We are finally safe.

The car ride was short. Just random talk about nonsense. "so what now?" Jerome asked once we were inside again. I plopped down on the couch next to Mitch. His arm went around me soon after. Jerome and Delilah were basically one in other couch thingy. (what are those called?! The two seated couch things?!)

"We could get back into school" Delilah said, "you know, get our diplomas maybe. I kinda want to finish school"

"She's right" Mitch agreed, "there's nothing stopping you now"

I nodded, "I'll think about it. I don't know if I wanna get back in the school scene yet.." I trailed off, "speaking of which, what happened to all of them?"

"Ian and Adam got attempted murder, Jason and Quentin were charged with kidnapping and your dad got man slaughter, attempted murder in two cases, kidnapping, child molestation and rape to a high high high degree" Jerome said happily, "they're all getting what they deserve" he said holding Delilah a little closer.

I smiled and nodded. "I want to visit TC one day" I said quietly. I felt Mitch's breath hitch.

"Why?" He asked utterly confused.

"Well for one, Ty died for me, Ty shot my dad for me, I could be dead but Ty.. Ty died. Whether they deserved it or not, that was their friend. I can't not go and pay dues where dues are owed"

Delilah smiled, "and there's the Dani we all know and love" I smiled at her.

"Well I guess we could. While we're there though I'm asking why they did this shit in the first place" Jerome muttered, I smiled. I swear he wants to protect her too much.

"Yeah. But we aren't going now" I said getting up, "we can go in a few days" I walked into the kitchen and grabbed a cup from the cabinet.

I felt arms wrap around my waist, I smiled and turned around, linking my arms around his neck. He smiled and kissed me lightly.

"You know this is where we got together two months ago" (I do time) he said more of statement than a question.

"It is" I nodded, he smiled and kissed me again before letting me go. I got myself some water before walking out with him.

I looked over to see Jerome and Delilah laughing, Delilah's legs lay on top of Jerome's. I smiled, "they are perfect for each other" I noted.

Mitch laughed, "they are" he agreed, "but.. so are we"

I looked at him with a goofy grin on his face, I smiled at him before walking back to our seat and asking what movie we should watch.

He's in the movie, he has long hair, and he sleeps on a bench. He's homeless and he levitates. IF YOU SEE MY FRIEND DOESNT MATTER WHERE OR WHEN TELL ME IF YOU FIND THE MAGICAL LIGHTHOUSE HIPPIE!
